بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بین حرفه ای بر میزان همدلی و همکاری بین حرفه ای پرستاران و پزشکان بخش اورژانس در پاندمی کرونا

مقدمه: ارتقاء کیفیت ارائه خدمات سلامت از یک طرف مستلزم مشارکت و همکاری بین حرفه ای تیم مراقبت و درمان است و از طرف دیگر همدلی کادر مراقبت و درمان با بیمار از ضروریات ارائه مراقبت و درمان با کیفیت تلقی می شود. در عین حال مشارکت در مراقبت و درمان همواره با چالش هایی مواجه است که این مساله در پاندمی کووید-19 به مشکلی جدی تبدیل شده است. روش: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر کاربردی و از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه پرستاران و پزشکان بخش اورژانس بیمارستان بهمن با حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار بودند که 40 نفر از آنها به روش دردسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و بطور تصادفی به گروه های آزمایش و کنترل تخصیص یافتند (هر گروه 20 نفر). سپس دو کارگاه دو روزه مجزا با شرایط یکسان برای گروه های آزمایش و کنترل برگزار شد؛ به گروه آزمایش آموزش بین حرفهای و به گروه کنترل آموزش تک حرفه ای داده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل مقیاس آمادگی همکاری بین حرفه ای ripls (بارسل و بلیگ، 1999) و مقیاس همدلی jspe-hp (جفرسون، 1987) بود. داده ها به روش آنالیز کواریانس تک متغیری و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss26 تحلیل شدند.یافته: نتایج یافته ها گویای آن بود که آموزش بین حرفه ای بر همدلی و همکاری بین حرفه ای پرستاران و پزشکانی که این برنامه را دریافت کرده بودند در مقایسه با پرستاران و پزشکانی که این برنامه را دریافت نکرده بودند، تاثیر معنی‌داری داشت بطوریکه موجب افزایش 36 درصدی نمره همدلی و افزایش 43 درصدی نمره همکاری بین حرفه ای گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شد ( p<0/001؛27/184 - همکاری بین حرفه ایf ,846/20=همدلیf). نتیجه گیری: نتایج گویای آن بود که آموزش بین حرفه ای منجر به افزایش معناداری در میزان همدلی و همکاری بین حرفه ای پرستاران و پزشکان شاغل در بخش اورژانس در پاندمی کرونا شد.

evaluation of effectiveness educational based on inter-professional approach on rate of empathy and inter-professional collaboration among nurses and physicians in emergency department during the covid-19 pandemic

introduction: improving the quality of providing health services on the one hand requires the participation andinter-professional cooperation of the care and medical team, and on the other hand, empathy of the care andmedical team is considered essential to the provision of quality care. but participation in care and medical teamalways faces challenges which it has become a serious challenge in the covid-19 pandemic. methods:the cross-sectional research was applied research and research method was quasi experimental with pretest-posttest design and control group. the statistical population of the study consisted of nurses andphysicians of bahman hospital's emergency department with at least 5 years of work experience. that 40 ofthem were selected by available method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (20 in each group). then, two separate two-day workshops with the same conditions were held for the experimental and control groups, so that the experimental group was given inter-professional training and the control group was given single-professional training. the tool used was readiness for inter-professional learning scale (parsell &bligh, 1999) and scale of physician empathy-health professionals (jefferson et al, 1987). data were analyzedby ancova in spss, version 26.results: the findings showed that as compared to the nurses and physicians who did not receive this program,nurses and physicians that received this program by using the inter-professional education had a significantimpact leading to an increase in the empathy and inter-professional collaboration of the nurses and physicians in emergency department (fempathy =20. 846, finter-professional collaboration =27.184; p<0.0001). theeffect of using the inter-professional education on empathy and inter-professional collaboration was 36 and 43 percent. conclusions: therefore, the results showed that inter-professional education lead to significant increase in empathy and inter-professional collaboration among nurses and physicians in emergency department during the covid-19 pandemic.
