بررسی ارتباط قاطعیت پرستاران و همکاری پرستاران و پزشکان با فرهنگ ایمنی

مقدمه: ارتقاءایمنی بیمار یکی از ارکان اصلی خدمات بهداشتی درمانی است، از طرفی ارتباطات حرفه‌ای بین تیم سلامت و برخی از ویژگی های شخصیتی پرستاران از جمله قاطعیت می تواند بر کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده به بیمار موثر باشد. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط قاطعیت پرستاران و همکاری پرستاران و پزشکان با فرهنگ ایمنی از دیدگاه پرستاران انجام شد.مواد و روش ها:مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در سال 1396 انجام شد.در این مطالعه 300 پرستار از 9 بیمارستان آموزشی واقع در استان خراسان جنوبی به مدت 5 ماه به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه فرهنگ ایمنی بیمارستانیhsopsc، همکاری پرستار پزشک ushiroو قاطعیت ratus جمع آوری و در نهایت با استفاده از نرم افزار spss22 و از طریق آزمون های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر amos تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.یافته ها:نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره فرهنگ ایمنی برابر با 14.26±123.40، قاطعیت برابر با 14.82±1.99 و همکاری برابر با 17.96±81.50 و در حد متوسط بود. از طرفی نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که همکاری پرستار و پزشک به صورت مستقیم و قاطعیت به صورت غیر مستقیم برروی فرهنگ ایمنی اثر دارد. به اینصورت که قاطعیت از طریق همکاری پرستار و پزشک برروی فرهنگ ایمنی اثر می گذارد.نتیجه گیری: یافته ها پیشنهاد کننده طراحی برنامه هایی با هدف بهبود روابط بین پرستار و پزشک و افزایش مهارت قاطعیت در پرستاران و در نتیجه ارتقاء ایمنی بیماران می باشد.

Relationship between Assertiveness and physician-nurse collaboration with Safety Culture

Introduction and Aims: Improving patient safety is one of the main pillars of health services. On the other hand, the professional communication between the health team members and some personality characteristics of nurses, such as Assertiveness, can affect the quality of services provided to the patient. Therefore, this study aimed to determine how safety culture is associated with nursephysician collaboration and Assertiveness from nurses' perspective.Materials and Methods:A crosssectional study was done in 2018, in this study300 nurses from 9 teaching hospitals located in South Khorasan province were selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using the HSOPSC Hospital Safety Culture Questionnaire, Ushiro Nurse's Contribution, and Ratus Determinism. Finally, using SPSS22 software, Pearson correlation and And analysis of the Amos route.Results: The results of the study showed that the mean and standard deviation of the safety culture score was 123.40± 14.26, the Assertiveness was equal to 1.99± 14.82 and the mean value collaboration was 81.5± 17.96. On the other hand, the results of Amos analysis showed that the cooperation of the physicians and nurse directly and Assertiveness indirectly affects the culture of safety. This is how Assertiveness influences the culture of safety through the collaboration of physicians and nurses.Conclusion:The findings suggest designing programs aimed at improving the relationship between physicians and nurses and enhancing the skill of nurses and thus enhancing patient safety.
