تاثیر معنویت در محیط کار بر عجین‌شدن با شغل با میانجی‌گری بهزیستی پرستاران

مقدمه: عجین شدن باشغل مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر بهره وری پرستاران تاثیرگذار است. در این میان تجربه معنوی حاصل از محیط کار معنوی نقش بسزایی در عجین شدن پرستاران باشغل شان دارد.هدف :از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر معنویت در محیط کار بر عجین شدن باشغل با میانجی گری بهزیستی پرستاران بیمارستان پاسارگاد است.مواد و روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی ndash; پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل 195 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان پاسارگاد می شود. از بین جامعه آماری 130 نفر براساس رابطه کوکران با خطای 5درصد به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت گردآوری شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ در محدوده (0.81 تا 0.93) بدست آمده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با بهره گیری از نرم افزار smart pls استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تاثیر مثبتی بین مولفه های معنویت در محیط کار و عجین شدن باشغل پرستاران بیمارستان پاسارگاد وجود دارد که در این میان مولفه های معنویت در محیط کار، حس همبستگی (ضریب بتا= 0.922) بیشترین تاثیر را دارا است و همچنین رابطه مولفه های معنویت در محیط کار بر عجین شدن با شغل با میانجی گری بهزیستی پرستاران بیمارستان پاسارگاد، مثبت و معنادار بود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، می توان با ایجاد محیط کار معنوی و ارتقای بهزیستی در پرستاران تازه به کارگیری شده، عجین شدن با شغل آنان را افزایش داده و از این طریق بر بهره وری سرمایه های انسانی افزود. ارائه برنامه های عملیاتی توسط مدیران پرستاری جهت اهمیت دهی بیشتر به سال های ابتدایی خدمت پرستاران ضروری است.

The Effect of Spirituality Workplace on Work Engagement with the Mediation of Will-being Nurses) Case study:Pasargad Hospital)

Introduction: Work Engagement with direct and indirect jobs influences nurses' productivity. In the meantime, spiritual experience from the spiritual workplace can play a significant role in nurse job engagement.Aim: purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spirituality workplace on the work engagement with the mediation of will being nurses in Pasargad Hospital nurses.Material and Methods: The research method is descriptive survey . The statistical population consisted of 195 nurses of Pasargad Hospital. Among the statistical population, 130 people were selected by random sampling method based on Cochran's correlation with 5% error and the Likert spectrum questionnaire was collected. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha in the range of (0.8110.935). To analyze the research data, structural equation modeling using SMARTPLS software was used.Results: The results of the research show that there is a positive effect between the components of spirituality workplace and the Work engagement of nurses of Pasargad Hospital. Among the components of spirituality in the workplace, the sense of community (coefficient beta; = 0/922) has the greatest impact. Also, among the components of spirituality workplace, through the mediation of nurses willbeing, there was a positive effect on Work engagement of nurses' occupations in Pasargad Hospital.Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, by creating a spiritual workplace and spiritual experience in newly employed nurses, it is possible to increase their engagement jobs, thereby increasing the efficiency of human capital. Providing operational programs by nursing managers is essential to make careful attention to nursing years of primary care.
