ارائه الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد کلینیک نارسایی قلبی به روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای

مقدمه: ارزیاﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد مراکز ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنی، اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻻزم را ﺑﺮای ﻣﺪیران، به‌منظور ﭘﺎیش وضعیت فعالیت‌های ﺟﺎری ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ می‌کند. اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻣﻄﻠﻮب درﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﺴﺘﻠﺰم آﮔﺎﻫﯽ از ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن با انتخاب معیارهای مناسب می‌باشد. معیارهای مناسب برای ارزیابی عملکرد کلینیک نارسایی قلبی بامطالعه منابع، شناسایی و با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای رتبه‌بندی گردید.روش کار: این تحقق از نوع پیمایشی و کاربردی می‌باشد، جامعه آماری نیز بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک نارسایی قلبی در بازه سه‌ماهه دوم سال 1398 بوده و روش نمونه‌گیری نیز، روش کوکران می‌باشد. از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های دموگرافیک بیماران و وضعیت عملکرد کلینیک نارسایی قلبی به کار گرفته شد. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تئوری تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره و با تمرکز بر فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای و با محاسبه وزن و رتبه‌بندی معیارها توسط نرم‌افزار سوپردسیژن و اکسل 2019 انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج محاسبات تحلیل شبکه‌ای نشان داد که وزن معیار خود مراقبتی در ارزیابی عملکرد، 0.32 و وزن معیار کیفیت خدمات، 0.68 به دست آمد. از دید بیماران، زیر معیار ظاهر کلینیک بیشترین امتیاز را در ارزیابی کسب نمود و زیرمعیارهای تضمین خدمات و قابلیت اطمینان در جایگاه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. امتیاز نهایی ارزیابی عملکرد کلینیک نارسایی 75.98 درصد می‌باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس الگوی حاصل، کیفیت خدمات، وزن بیشتری در امتیاز ارزیابی عملکرد دارد، بیشترین عواملی که باعث کاهش امتیاز می‌باشد شامل نظارت بر خود مراقبتی بیماران و همدلی با بیمار می‌باشد. برای بهبود وضعیت عملکردی کلینیک نارسایی قلبی، باید بر این عوامل اقدامات بهبودی انجام گیرد.

Designing a Method of Performance Evaluation for Physicians and Nurses of Heart Failure Clinic Based on the Analytic Network Process

Background: Performance evaluation is an important tool to measure and manage the efficiency of activities in a local system or organization. It has been considered as a part of the strategic management of hospitals to provide optimal medical services, in the recent years. In the present study, we aimed to design a method based on the analytic network process to effectively evaluate the performance of physicians and nurses in a heart failure clinic.Methods: This is an experimental and applied research. The study population was those patients who referred to the heart failure clinic in summer 2019. The amount of the sample size in this study was determined with the used of Cochran sampling method. Data on patients rsquo; demographics and the performance status of the studied clinic was collected using researcher made questionaries. Multiple criteria decisionmaking (MCDM) was used to analyze data based on the analytic network process by calculating the weight and rank of the criterias with using Super Decision and Excel 2019 softwares.Results: The results of the network analysis in performance evaluation indicate that selfcare weight was 0.32 and the weight of service quality was 0.68. Of the patients' view, the appearance of clinic subcriterion received the highest evaluation score, which is followed by the service guarantee and reliability subcriterions. The aggregate score of the performance evaluation for the studied clinic was achieved 75.98%.Conclusion: According to the findings, the quality of services has the highest impact on performance evaluation. Moreover, the results showed that the designed method for performance evaluation based on the analytic network process can be considered as an efficient strategy in managing of the healthcare systems.
