بررسی رابطه موانع فردی و محیطی با کارآفرینی معلولین استان یزد: مطالعه نقش تعدیل‌گر خودباوری

معلولیت پدیده‌ای جهانی است که همیشه و همه‌جا مطرح بوده و امری اجتناب ناپذیر می‌باشد که می‌تواند علل و عوامل مختلفی داشته باشد. از سوی دیگر اشتغال لازمه زندگی بشر است و دوام و بقای جامعه و زندگی هر فرد مستلزم کار و فعالیت است. افراد معلول در زمینه اشتغال با مشکلات زیادی مواجه هستند . مشکلاتی که ممکن است فردی یا محیطی باشند. یکی از عوامل بسیار مهمی که باعث افزایش اعتماد به نفس بیشتر در معلولین شده و به آنها انگیزه فعالیت‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی و حتی کارآفرینی می‌دهد خودباوری است. سوال این است که موانع فردی و محیطی چه تاثیری بر کارآفرینی معلولین می‌گذارد و خودباوری در این میان چه نقشی را ایفا می‌کند که دراین پژوهش به آن می پردازیم. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی موضوع پرداخته است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش از طریق مطالعات دقیق آرشیوی گردآوری شده است. همچنین از روش پیمایشی جهت اطمینان از نقش خود باوری و تاثیر عوامل محیطی و فردی در کار آفرینی معلولین از مصاحبه با معلولان نیز بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر آن است که موانع فردی و محیطی با کارآفرینی معلولین رابطه معناداری دارد و خودباوری در رابطه بین موانع فردی و کارآفرینی معلولین نقش تعدیل‌گری ایفا می‌کند.

investigating the relationship between individual and environmental obstacles on the entrepreneurship of disabled people in yazd province: a study on moderating role of self-confidence

disability is a global phenomenon that can be seen at all times and everywhere and it is an inevitable ailment that may have different causes and sources. on the other hand, employment for human life is inevitable, and the survival of societies and the life of the man requires some sort of working and activities. disabled persons face many problems if they wish to be employed and do a job. the problems they may face, could be personal or environmental. one of the important factors that may improve disabled self- esteem and motivate them for social and economic activities and even getting them to be involved in entrepreneurship is self-esteem. the question of this research is how personal and environmental barriers affect the disabled entrepreneurship and what role does self-esteem plays here. the data for this research has been collected through detailed library studies. also, we used a survey to ensure the role of self-esteem and the impact of environmental and personal factors on the entrepreneurship of disabled people through interviews with numbers of them. the results of the research indicate that personal and environmental barriers have a significant effect on the entrepreneurship of disabled people and self-esteem plays a moderating role in the relationship between personal barriers and entrepreneurship of disabled people.
