ارائه مدل ارزیابی و انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان خدمات لجستیک طرف سوم پایدار در زنجیره تامین: مطالعه‌ای در صنعت لبنی

در دنیای امروز، صنایع جهت ادغام مسائل پایداری برای مدیریت کارآمد و موفق زنجیره تامین مواجه هستند. انتخاب مناسب‌ترین تامین‌کننده خدمات لجستیک در زنجیره تامین، تصمیم استراتژیک حیاتی برای کسب و کارهایی است که هدفشان دستیابی به یک زنجیره تامین موثر و پایدار است. درتحقیق حاضر در مرحله نخست با مطالعه و مرور تحقیقات پیشین،شاخص‌های موثر در انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان خدمات لجستیک طرف سوم پایدار تعیین و با بهره‌گیری از روش دلفی فازی به غربال‌ گری شاخص‌ها با استفاده از نظر خبرگان صنعت لبنی پرداختیم و به کمک رویکرد تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی به تعیین وزن هر یک از شاخص‌ها پرداختیم. در ادامه از تکنیک کوکوسو جهت ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان خدمات لجستیک طرف سوم استفاده شد. در میان 16 شاخص پایداری براساس نظرات خبرگان صنعت لبنی، شاخص‌های تحویل به موقع و هزینه حمل و نقل بالاترین وزن را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. نتایج ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان خدمات لجستیک طرف سوم نشان‌دهنده عملکرد پایدار بهتر شرکت شماره 3 نسبت به دیگر شرکت‌ها بود. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می‌توان تحویل به موقع و هزینه حمل و نقل را از دلایل اصلی سوق دهنده شرکت‌های لبنی به همکاری با شرکت‌های لجستیک طرف سوم دانست.

presenting a model for evaluation and selection of sustainable third party logistics service providers in the supply chain based on the combined approach of fuzzy analytical hierarchy and cocoso technique (case study: dairy industry)

in today’s world, industries face great pressure to integrate sustainability issues for efficient and successful supply chain management. choosing the most suitable supply chain logistics service provider is a critical strategic decision for businesses aiming to achieve an effective and sustainable supply chain. in the present research, in the first stage, by studying and reviewing previous researches, the effective indicators in the selection of sustainable third-party logistics service providers were determined, and by using the fuzzy delphi method, the indicators were screened based on the opinions of dairy industry experts, and with the help of the , fuzzy analytical hierarchy process approach. the weight of each index was determined. in the following, the cocoso technique was used to evaluate third-party logistics service providers. among the 16 sustainability indicators based on the opinions of dairy industry experts, the indicators of on-time delivery and transportation cost have the highest weight. the evaluation results of the third-party logistics service providers showed that company no. 3 had a better sustainable performance than other companies. according to the obtained results, on-time delivery and transportation cost can be considered as the main reasons driving dairy companies to cooperate with third-party logistics companies.
