چکیده
|
در دو دهه اﺧﯿﺮ محققان و صاحبنظران ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ از ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﺑنام ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﻌﺪاد ﺳﺨﻦ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ و بر این عقیده اند که ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﻫﺎ در بسیاری از جوامع ﺑﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺗﻬﺪﻳﺪ ﺟﺪﻯ که ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻪ ﺍﻧﺪ ﻛﻤﺒﻮﺩ ﻧﻴﺮﻭﻫﺎﻯ مستعد ﺍﺳت. ﻋﻠﻴﺮﻏﻢ تاکید زیاد ﻣﺤﻘﻘﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻰ ﻭ مدیران سازمان ها ﻭ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺍﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﻛﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩﻯ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ، مفاهیم مرتبط بهﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﺁﻥ ﭼﻨﺎﻥ ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﻳﺴﺘﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﻴﺪﺍ ﻧﻜﺮﺩﻩ و خصوصا از فقر نظری بالایی برخوردار است. بدین ترتیب، ﻣﺤﺪﻭﺩﻳﺖ ﺍﺻﻠﻰ ﺩﺭ موردﺍﻳﻦ مفهوم، خلا ﻳﻚ ﺗﻌﺮﻳﻒ روشن ﺍﺯ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﻭ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﺒﻮﺩﻥ ﻣﺮﺯﻫﺎﻯ نظری ﺁﻥ است. این پژوهش در صدد است تاﺑﺎ مطالعه ﻣﻘﺎﻻت و ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ واستفاده ازداده های موجود، ﺗﻌﺎرﯾﻒ، مفاهیم و مدل های ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﻌﺪاد را از نگاه صاحبنطران این حوزه، موردمطالعه قرار داده و ابعاد و مولفه های مورد نظر نویسندگان وطراحان موضوع را ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ومقایسه قرار دهد. شناخت خلاء تحقیقات در این حوزه، می تواند به چشم اندازمطالعه در این حوزه یاری رساند.

Abstract
