ارزیابی ناراحتی و کاربردپذیری کفش ایمنی در صنایع استان مازندران

اهداف: تامین ایمنی نیروهای انسانی در صنایع، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار بوده و کفش ایمنی یکی از رایج‌ترین تجهیزات حفاظت فردی می‌باشد که وظیفه‌ی حفاظت از پا در برابر خطرات بالقوه را دارد. هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی ناراحتی و کاربردپذیری کفش ایمنی در صنایع مختلف استان مازندران جهت یافتن خلاهای موجود در طراحی و بهبود طراحی کفش‌های ایمنی می‌باشد.روش ‌‌‌کار: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی بوده و در سال 1400 انجام گردیده است. کارکنان 11 شرکت صنعتی مختلف که از 7 ویژند کفش ایمنی استفاده می‌کردند، در این پژوهش وارد شدند و به دو پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته (local perceived discomfort) lpd (ناراحتی و رضایت کلی) و (safety footwear usability questionnaire) sfuq (کاربردپذیری) پاسخ دادند. آنالیز داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، ضریب همبستگی رتبه‌ای spearman، ضریب همبستگی pearson و آزمون anova انجام گردید.یافته‌ها: 226 نفر مرد با میانگین سنی 7/4 ± 36/33 سال در این مطالعه وارد شدند. بیشترین ناراحتی و ضعیف‌ترین کاربردپذیری، کفش ویژند g (3/3 و 3/99) و کم‌ترین ناراحتی و قوی‌ترین کاربردپذیری، کفش ویژند a (1/2 و 5/35) از سوی شرکت‌کنندگان اعلام گردید. در مجموع بیشترین رضایت از ویژند a و کم‌ترین رضایت از ویژند g بیان شد.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که مشکل عمده در راحتی و کاربردپذیری، احتمالاً وابسته به قالب کفش می‌باشد، چون سازندگان کفش‌های ایمنی، قالب‌ها را از خارج از کشور وارد می‌نمایند که متناسب با مشخصه‌های آنتروپومتری پای کاربران ایرانی نمی‌باشد.

evaluation of usability and discomfort of safety footwear in different industries of mazandaran province

objectives: providing safety for human resources in the industry is very important. safety shoes are one of the most common ppes that protect the foot against potential hazards. this study aimed to evaluate the discomfort and usability of safety shoes in different industries of mazandaran province to find gaps in the quality of design and improve the design of safety shoes.methods: this was a cross-sectional study and was conducted in 2021.this study included employees of 11 different industrial companies that used seven safety shoe brands. they answered two researcher-made questionnaires, lpd (discomfort and general satisfaction) and sfuq (usability). data analysis was performed with spearman rank correlation coefficient while pearson correlation coefficient, and anova test were also performed.results: in total, 226 men with a mean age of 36.33 ± 7.4 years were included in this study. the participants reported the lowest usability for the brand g (3.3 and 3.99), and the least discomfort and the most usability index with the brand a (1.2 and 5.35). overall, the highest satisfaction was reported for brand a and the lowest satisfaction to brand g.conclusion: the findings of this study showed that the main problem in comfort and usability is probably related to shoe molds because the manufacturers of safety shoes import molds from abroad that do not fit the anthropometric characteristics of iranian users’ feet.
