بررسی تاثیر بحران روسیه و اوکراین بر بازار فرآورده‌های نفتی: فرصت‌های موجود برای ایران

روسیه از جمله مهم‌ترین کشورها در بازار جهانی نفت است و سهم قابل ملاحظه‌ای در تولید و صادرات فرآورده‌های نفتی دارد. مناقشات روسیه و اوکراین تاثیرات گسترده‌ای بر بازارهای جهانی داشته، از جمله آن می‌توان به تغییرات در قیمت‌های انرژی و کالاها و ایجاد چشم‌اندازهای جدید برای کشورهای تولیدکننده و مصرف‌کننده نفت و گاز اشاره کرد. ایران به عنوان یکی از بازیگران موثر در بازار فرآورده‌های نفتی می‌تواند از این تحولات فرصت‌های جدیدی کسب کند. بنابراین این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی سهم روسیه در بازار جهانی و اثرات مناقشه بر وضعیت جهانی برخی فرآورده‌های نفتی همچون بنزین، گازوئیل، نفت کوره و گاز مایع (lpg) می‌پردازد و به فرصت‌های پیشروی ایران اشاره می‌کند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که ایران می‌تواند با تامین بنزین و گازوئیل از روسیه این محصولات را سوآپ کند و نیز از ظرفیت روسیه برای تامین گاز مایع استان‌های شمالی و افزایش صادرات از جنوب کشور استفاده کند.

examining the impact of the russia-ukraine crisis on the oil products market: opportunities for iran

russia is one of the most important countries in the global oil market and holds a significant share in the production and export of oil products. the russia-ukraine conflict has had extensive impacts on global markets, including changes in energy and commodity prices and the creation of new opportunities for oil and gas producing and consuming countries. iran, as a key player in the oil products market, can seize new opportunities from these developments. therefore, this research, using a descriptive-analytical method, examines russia’s share in the global market and the effects of the conflict on the global status of some oil products such as gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, and liquefied petroleum gas (lpg), and highlights the opportunities for iran. the research results indicate that iran can swap gasoline and diesel by sourcing them from russia and also utilize russia’s capacity to supply lpg for the northern provinces and increase exports from the southern regions.
