پتروپالایش: نوآوری در صنعت پالایش نفت

نوآوری در صنعت پالایش نفت منجر به خلق واژه جدیدی به نام پتروپالایشگاه شده است. پتروپالایشگاه‌ها تکامل صنعت پالایش نفت در برابر عوامل بیرونی فشار فناوری و نیاز بازار است. در این مقاله، خلق نوآوری پتروپالایشگاه از منظر این عوامل در بعد ملی و بین‌المللی بررسی شده است. عوامل اصلی نیاز بازار در سطح بین‌المللی شامل الزامات گذار انرژی، کاهش مصرف سوخت‌های فسیلی و ارزش‌افزوده بیش‌تر تولید محصولات پتروشیمیایی به‌تفصیل بررسی شده است. در سطح ملی نیز، لزوم کنترل طرف تقاضای انرژی و دلایل مصرف بی‌رویه انرژی در ایران بررسی گردیده است. همچنین نقش میزان بالای تقاضای انرژی در تغییر ماهیت صنعت پالایش از یک صنعت سودمحور به صنعت سوخت محور موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. نقش یارانه‌های انرژی در سوق دادن صنعت پالایش به صنعت سوخت محور نیز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. از منظر فشار فناوری، دستاوردهای حاصل بین‌المللی در حوزه پتروپالایشگاه‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. فناوری‌های توسعه داده شده در این زمینه نشان می‌دهد این فناوری‌ها نقشی کلیدی در آینده صنعت پتروپالایشگاهی ایفا خواهند کرد. در انتها نسل‌های متفاوت پتروپالایشگاه‌ها و وضعیت واحدهای پتروپالایشگاهی در دنیا مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.

integrated refinery and petrochemical: an innovation in petroleum refining

innovation in the oil refining industry has led to the creation of a new term called petrorefinery. petrorefineries are the evolution of the oil refining industry against external factors of &technology push& and &market needs&. in this paper, the creation of petrorefinery innovation from the perspective of these factors in the national and international dimensions is described. the main factors of market demand at the international level, including energy transition requirements, reduction of fossil fuel consumption and further added value of petrochemicals production, have been studied in detail. at the national level, the need to control the energy demand side and the reasons for excessive energy consumption in iran have been described. the role of high energy demand in changing the nature of the refining industry from a profitoriented industry to a fueloriented industry has also been considered. the role of energy subsidies in shifting the refining industry to the fuelbased industry has also been studied. from the perspective of &technology push&, international achievements in the field of petroleum refineries have been presented. the technologies developed in this field show that these technologies will play a key role in the future of the petrorefinery industry. finally, different generations of petrorefineries and the status of them in the world are discussed.
