مرور نظام‌مند بکارگیری مدل مارپیچ پنجگانه در دانشگاه نسل پنجم

هدف این پژوهش، مروری نظام مند بر رویکرد کشور های مختلف جهان به دانشگاه نسل پنجم است. بر همین اساس، روش جمع‌‌آوری اطلاعات روش مبتنی بر وب بوده و مطالعه از نوع مطالعات ثانویه و به روش مرور نظام‌‌ مند انجام شده است. محدودیت زمانی برای جستجو در نظر گرفته نشد تا تمام مقالات مرتبط منتشرشده تا 21 سپتامبر 2022 بازیابی شوند. با بررسی کلیدواژه‌‌ ها در پایگاه‌‌ های اطلاعاتی google scholar، sid، science direct، irandoc، pubmed و iranmedex براساس ملاک ‌‌های از‌پیش تعیین‌شده و استفاده از چک‌‌لیست استروب از74 مطالعات مورد بررسی، 14 مطالعه به مولفه‌‌ های مرتبط با سوال پژوهش پرداخته بودند که محتوای مقالات به دقت مطالعه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که درکشور‌‌های منتخب در قاره اروپا، آسیا، آفریقا و آمریکا رویکرد مثبت و توام با تاکید به مدل مارپیچ پنجگانه وجود دارد و این مدل توانسته به طور موفقیت‌آمیزی در توسعه نوآورانه کشورها بر‌‌اساس تولید دانش و انتقال نتایج تحقیق‌وتوسعه استفاده شده و نوآوری مورد نیاز را برای توسعه پایدار فراهم کند. اما به‌‌دلیل عملکرد پایین در شاخص ‌‌های سرمایه انسانی و اقتصادی در کشور های مورد تحلیل افریقایی هنوز راه درازی به سمت توسعه پایدار با توجه به شاخص‌‌های پیشنهادی مارپیچ پنجم وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که عواملی همچون فرهنگ سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی، فناوری اطلاعات و منابع انسانی بیشتر از سایر موارد بر چرخه مدیریت دانش متاثر از دانشگاه نسل‌‌پنجم تاثیر داشتند. در نتیجه فراحاکمیت می‌‌تواند از دانشگاه نسل‌‌پنجم به‌‌عنوان ابزاری برای تولید سطوح چندگانه حکمرانی هماهنگ، برای دستیابی به بهترین نتایج از دیدگاه ذی ‌نفعان استفاده کند.

systematic review of five spiral model for fifth generation university

this research is designed with the aim of a systematic review of the approach of different countries of the world to the fifth generation university. based on this, the data collection method is web-based, and the study was conducted as a secondary study and a systematic review method. no time limit was considered for the search so that all related articles published until september 21, 2022 were retrieved. by checking the keywords in the databases and based on the predetermined criteria and based on the strobe checklist, out of 74 studies, 14 studies dealt with the components related to the research question, and the content of the articles was carefully studied. and were analyzed. the results showed that in the selected countries in the continent of europe, asia, africa and america there is a positive attitude with an emphasis on the five spiral model and this model has been able to successfully develop innovative countries based on the production of knowledge and the transfer of results. research and development should be used and provide the innovation needed for sustainable development. but due to low performance in human capital and economic indicators in african countries, there is still a long way for the analyzed countries towards sustainable development according to the suggested indicators of the quintuple helix. also, the results showed that factors such as organizational culture, organizational structure, information technology and human resources were more influential than others on the knowledge management cycle affected by the fifth generation university. as a result of supra-governance, the fifth generation university can be used as a tool to produce multiple levels of coordinated governance, to achieve the best results from the perspective of stakeholders.
