عوامل موثر بر ارتقای توانمندی‌ های فناورانه سازندگان پمپ های صنعت نفت و گاز در پشتیبانی از شرکت های اکتشاف و تولید ایران

ایران از جمله بزرگ‌ترین کشورهای منبع ‌محور و صاحب ذخایر نفت و گاز در جهان است؛ اما شکاف فناورانه بین صنعت نفت ایران با بنگاه‌های جهانی و کم‌توجهی به توسعه توانمندی‌های داخلی اکتشاف و تولید و ساخت تجهیزات بالادست صنعت نفت منجر به سهم پایین تامین تجهیزات بالادستی نفت از داخل و وابستگی بیش از حد به خارج شده است. در این پژوهش ابتدا، طی مرور پیشینه، با نگاه کلان به منابع طبیعی از جمله نفت و گاز در فرآیند توسعه اقتصادی، عوامل تاثیرگذار بر توانمندی‌های فناورانه بنگاه‌های تامین‌کننده احصا شد. با استفاده از این چارچوب مفهومی، سوالات مصاحبه تنظیم و بعد از انجام مصاحبه‌های پژوهشی و تحلیل آن با روش تحلیل مضمون، مدل نهایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر ارتقای توانمندی‌های فناورانه بنگاه‌های تامین‌کننده تجهیزات صنایع بالادستی نفت ایران (پمپ‌سازان) که شامل یادگیری و نوآوری، تامین مالی، راهبرد توسعه فناوری، و منابع انسانی، جزو عوامل تاثیرگذار اولیه در سطح بنگاه و سیاست‌های دولت، شرکت‌های اکتشاف و تولید، زیرساخت‌های سخت و نرم و نظام ارزیابی و رتبه بندی تامین‌کنندگان به عنوان عوامل تاثیرگذار در سطح کلان می‌باشند، شناسایی و ارائه شد.

effective factors on improving the technological capabilities of pump manufacturers in iran’s oil and gas industry

iran is one of the largest resource-oriented countries and the owner of oil and gas reserves in the world; however, the technological gap in iran’s oil industry with global companies and little attention to the development of domestic capabilities for exploration and production and manufacturing of upstream equipment and products of the oil industry has led to a low share of supply of equipment and machinery for upstream oil industries from within and excessive dependence on outside.in this research, first, by reviewing the literature with a macro view of natural resources including oil and gas in the process of economic development, the factors affecting the technological capabilities of the supplier companies were calculated.by using this conceptual framework, the interview questions were set and after conducting research interviews and analyzing it with thematic analysis method, the final model of the factors influencing the promotion of technological capabilities, which includes learning and innovation, financing, technology development strategy, and human resources, is included. the primary influencing factors at the enterprise level and government policies, the plans of exploration and production companies, hard and soft infrastructures, and the evaluation and rating system of suppliers are the influential factors at the macro level, identified and presented in domestic suppliers of equipment for iran’s upstream oil industries(pump manufacturers).
