عوامل موثر بر ظرفیت‌‌سازی انتقال فناوری از دانشگاه به صنعت؛ مطالعه موردی ناحیه نوآوری شریف

موفقیت فرآیند انتقال فناوری از دانشگاه به صنعت، نیازمند نهادهایی در درون و حاشیه دانشگاه‌هاست. از طرفی مفهوم ظرفیت‌سازی انتقال فناوری به معنای توانمند کردن هرچه بیشتر این نهادها و همسویی آنها با سایر عوامل اثرگذار بر انتقال فناوری است. از این رو شناسایی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت این نهادها و تقویت آنها یکی از اهداف پژوهش حاضر بوده است. در این تحقیق که یک مطالعه کیفی و با استراتژی مطالعه موردی است تلاش شده عوامل تاثیرگذار در راستای ظرفیت‌‌سازی انتقال فناوری از دانشگاه به صنعت با تمرکز بر ناحیه نوآوری شریف (به عنوان مورد مطالعه) تعیین گردد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه‌ و بررسی اسناد و مدارک موجود بوده است. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، با به‌کارگیری روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، خبرگان مطلع مورد مصاحبه عمیق قرار گرفتند. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل موضوع (تِم) و با نرم‌افزار maxqda انجام گرفت و شبکه مضامینی از عوامل موثر بر ظرفیت‌سازی انتقال فناوری شکل گرفت. براساس نتایج این پژوهش، ظرفیت‌‌سازی انتقال فناوری از دانشگاه به صنعت دارای پنج مقوله اصلی مشتمل بر؛ سیاست دانشگاه، مشارکت پژوهشگر، همراهی صنعت، عوامل سازمانی نهادهای پشتیبان و نهاد سیاست‌گذار می‌باشد. به عبارتی موفقیت انتقال فناوری مرهون وجود یکپارچگی و شفافیت نقش این نهادها و شناخت دقیق معیارهای اثرگذاری هرکدام می باشد.

factors affecting capacity building for technology transfer from university to industry; the case of sharif innovation district

the success of the technology transfer process from university requires institutions within and around universities. the concept of capacity building for technology transfer means empowering these institutions as much as possible to interact with other actors to commercialize academic technologies and bring them to market. therefore, identifying the factors affecting the success of these institutions and strengthening them is one of the goals of the present study. in this research, which is a qualitative study with a case study strategy, we try to determine the influential factors in the capacity building of technology transfer with a focus on the sharif innovation ecosystem. to collect information, using the targeted sampling method, knowledgeable experts in various institutions related to technology transfer in the sharif innovation area were interviewed. data analysis was performed by the theme analysis method. based on the results of this study, the capacity-building framework for technology transfer from university has five main categories, including; the university policy, the participation researcher, industry accompaniment, organizational factors of mediators, and policy-making body. in other words, the success of technology transfer is due to the integrity and transparency of the role of these institutions and accurate knowledge of the criteria of each.
