بررسی معماری و طراحی الگوی خط مشی‌گذاری در پارک‌های علم و فناوری (نمونه موردی: آذربایجان غربی)

روش این تحقیق رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمّی) است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش با روش میدانی و هدفمند با 8 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و مدیران پارک‌های علم و فناوری در استان آذربایجان غربی، مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته صورت گرفته و در بخش کمی، اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته و تکمیل آن از سوی کارکنان و کارشناسان پارک و فناوری، گردآوری شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، روش تحلیل تم (مضمون) با رویکرد براون و کلارک به‌کار گرفته شده و در بخش کمّی از معادلات ساختاری برای اعتبارسنجی مدل استفاده شده است. بنابر یافته‌های پژوهش، مدل خط‌مشی‌گذاری در پارک‌های علم و فناوری با 8 مقوله کلان و 22 مقوله فرعی استخراج شد که مقوله‌های کلان شامل، ارکان نظام سیستماتیک پارک، الگویابی و الگوسازی، رخدادها و رویدادها، کارکردها و وظایف، سیاستگذاری‌های کلان کشور، اقتصادمحوری، مقوله‌های حمایت و پشتیبانی و فرهنگ‌سازی است.اهداف پژوهش:طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی خط‌مشی‌گذاری در پارک‌های علم و فناوری.معماری الگوی خط‌مشی‌گذاری در پارک‌های علم و فناوری.سوالات پژوهش:الگوی مناسب در عرصه پارک علم و فناوری چیست؟چه روابطی بین عناصر و اجزای الگوی مناسب در عرصه پارک علم و فناوری وجود دارد؟

investigation of the architecture and design of policy-making patterns in science and technology parks (case study: west azerbaijan)

this research employs a mixed-methods approach (qualitative-quantitative). in the qualitative phase, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted through a field and purposive method with eight university professors and managers of science and technology parks in west azerbaijan province. in the quantitative phase, data were collected via a researcher-developed questionnaire completed by employees and experts of the park and technology sector. for qualitative data analysis, thematic analysis using braun and clarke’s approach was applied, while structural equation modeling was utilized in the quantitative phase to validate the model. according to the findings, the policy-making model in science and technology parks was extracted with eight major categories and 22 subcategories. the major categories include: systematic system pillars of the park, pattern identification and modeling, events and occurrences, functions and duties, national macro-policies, economy-centricity, support and backing categories, and culture-building.research objectives:to design and validate a policy-making pattern for science and technology parks.to architect the policy-making pattern in science and technology parks.research questions:what is the appropriate pattern for the field of science and technology parks?what relationships exist among the elements and components of the appropriate pattern in the field of science and technology parks?
