تجلی روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا در دیوان شمس و تزیینات مقبره مولانا بر اساس دیدگاه مارتین سلیگمن

جهان ‌پهلوانِ حماسه‌ انسانیِ دیوانِ شمسِ مولانا، فردی مثبت‌گرا، توانمند و پویاست که قدرتمندانه از لحظه‌ اکنون عمر خویش لذّت می‌بَرد و خوش‌بینانه در مسیر کمال گام برمی‌دارد و خوش‌دل و سرزنده در سلوک زندگی، روح و جان خود و دیگران را می‌پروراند. سلامت روان محصول این نگاه و باور است که چکیده‌ د‌‌‌‌‌یدگاه اندیشمندان روان‌شناس با رویکرد مثبت‌گرا محسوب می‌شود. مقاله‌ حاضر شواهد و مصادیق مولّفه‌های روان‌شناسی ‌‌مثبت‌گرا‌ را طبق نظریه‌ مارتین سلیگمن در دیوان شمس بررسی و تحلیل می‌کند. به‌عبارت دیگر، روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا به‌جای پرداختن به اختلالات و ضعف‌ها، توانایی‌های انسان را در شش گروه کلی بدین شرح خلاصه می‌کند: خرد و دانایی، شجاعت، نوع‌‌‌دوستی، عدالت‌جویی، اعتدال و تعالی. محور و مضمون بسیاری از ابیات دیوان شمس که در این پژوهش به بخشی از آن مجموعه‌ غنی اشاره شده است؛ بزرگداشت و تبلیغ و ترویج این توانایی‌ها و نیز مفاهیم و معانی زیرمجموعه‌ گروه‌های شش‌گانه، همچون: کنجکاوی، خلاقیت، خودباوری، پایداری، عشق و ... است. در این پژوهش به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، منتخبی از ابیات دیوان شمس با رویکرد روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا تجزیه‌وتحلیل می‌شود و در نهایت نگاه مثبت‌گرای مولانا در خلق دیوان شمس نمایان می‌شود که بیانگر ظرفیت‌های بی‌شمار ادبیات فارسی در روان‌شناسی است. همچنین به تزیینات مقبره مولانا پرداخته می‌شود.اهداف پژوهش:بررسی روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا در دیوان شمس براساس دیدگاه مارتین سلیگمن.بررسی روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا در تزئینات مقبره مولانا براساس دیدگاه مارتین سلیگمن.سوالات پژوهش:روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا در دیوان شمس براساس دیدگاه مارتین سلیگمن چگونه است؟روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا در تزیینات مقبره مولانا براساس دیدگاه مارتین سلیگمن چگونه است؟

the manifestation of positive psychology in the divan-e shams and the decorations of rumi’s tomb based on martin seligman’s perspective

the world champion of the human epic in rumi’s divan-e shams is a positive, capable, and dynamic individual who powerfully enjoys the present moment of life, optimistically strides toward perfection, and joyfully nurtures the soul and spirit of themselves and others in the journey of life. mental health is the product of this perspective and belief, which encapsulates the views of positive psychology thinkers. the present article examines and analyzes the evidence and examples of positive psychology components according to martin seligman’s theory in the divan-e shams. in other words, positive psychology, instead of focusing on disorders and weaknesses, summarizes human strengths into six broad categories: wisdom and knowledge, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, and transcendence. the core theme of many verses in the divan-e shams, a portion of which is referenced in this study, is the celebration, promotion, and propagation of these strengths, as well as the concepts and meanings subsumed under these six categories, such as curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, perseverance, love, and more. using a descriptive-analytical method, this research analyzes selected verses from the divan-e shams through the lens of positive psychology, ultimately revealing rumi’s positive outlook in creating the divan-e shams, which highlights the immense potential of persian literature in psychology. additionally, the decorations of rumi’s tomb are examined.research objectives:to examine positive psychology in the divan-e shams based on martin seligman’s perspective.to explore positive psychology in the decorations of rumi’s tomb based on martin seligman’s perspective.research questions:how is positive psychology reflected in the divan-e shams based on martin seligman’s perspective?how is positive psychology reflected in the decorations of rumi’s tomb based on martin seligman’s perspective?
