بررسی توسعه پایدار شهر تهران از منظر شهر خلاق

مکان‌ها و فضاهای جغرافیایی، ساختار فیزیکی و کالبدی خلاقیت در شهر را تبیین می‌کنند. بر همین اساس، رابطه‌ علت و معلولی بین مکان‌ها و فضاهای شهری با خلاقیت دوسویه است. بررسی مسائل و مشکلات شهر تهران، به‌دنبال رسیدن به توسعه پایدار شهری و ایجاد بستری برای تحقق شهر خلاق در کلان‌شهر تهران ضروری می‌باشد. راهبردهای خلاقانه تحقق شهر پایدار در کلان‌شهر تهران به جهت بهره‌گیری از شیوه‌ها و الگوهای خلاق در زمینه‌های اجتماعی- فرهنگی، اقتصادی، زیست‌محیطی، ساخت‌وساز محیطی موثر در توسعه پایدار و تعیین میزان پتانسیل شهر در حرکت به‌سوی تحقق شهر خلاق پایدار با تعیین شاخص‌ها و مولفه‌های توسعه پایدار شهری می‌باشد. این پژوهش با هدف کاربردی-توسعه‌ای و روش انجام توصیفی- تحلیلی که از شیوه‌های کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی  - پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری آن مطالعه اسنادی، آمارها و اطلاعات موردنیاز جمع‌آوری می‌شود و اطلاعات به تفکیک جوامع مختلف با بهره‌گیری از جمع حاصل همبستگی ahp ، swot  به‌صورت تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار می‌گیرد. از جوامع مورد بررسی اعم از: 1. شهروندان؛ 2. کارشناسان و متخصصان؛ 3. کلیه متولیان، مدیران و مسئولان، از پرسش‌نامه بهره گرفته شده است، بنابراین تحقیق به‌دنبال این است که یک تحلیل راهبردی از بین مباحث داشته باشد و روشن کند اشکالات استراتژیکی که در شهر تهران مانع استفاده از خلاقیت می‌شوند، کدام‌اند؟اهداف پژوهش:تعیین تاثیرگذاری الگوهای شهر خلاق بر توسعه پایدار شهر تهران.تعیین نقاط قوت و ضعف توسعه پایدار شهر تهران از منظر شهر خلاق.سوالات پژوهش:تاثیرگذاری الگوهای شهر خلاق بر توسعه پایدار شهر تهران چگونه است؟نقاط قوت و ضعف توسعه پایدار شهر تهران از منظر شهر خلاق چیست؟
