پژوهش رازهای عرفانی و متافیزیکی انسان حاضر در نقاشی‌های ایران و هلند قرن 17 میلادی

ظهور اندیشه‌های عرفانی - متافیزیکی وام‌گرفته از رنسانس به‌مثابۀ نوزادی از جهان نامرئی باعث گسترش معنا و پیدا و پنهان‌های بسیاری در نقاشی‌های ایرانی و هلندی قرن 17 میلادی شد. لذا در این بین نیز حس، احساس و حساسیت سه کلمه با بار معنایی بالا وظیفه انعکاس اندیشه‌ها را در نقاشی هنرمندان نقاش قرن 17 میلادی برعهده گرفتند. مخاطب این آثار به شناخت تجربه‌های نو، تا درک مفاهیم متضاد ترغیب شدند. پژوهش حاضر، با در نظر گرفتن این ویژگی‌ها و همچنین دریافت‌های مستقیم نگارنده از آثار نقاشی انتخابی، حس‌های موجود را به همراه مفهوم زیبایی و امر زیبا، از طریق روش‌‌شناسی و موقعیت اجتماعی، سیاسی و مذهبی این دو کشور، کنکاش و حتی برای درک تصورات مطبوع، زیبا، خیر و شر که به مانند جویباری وسیع از کنار دشت‌ها و جنگل‌ها راه می‌گشاید، رمزگشایی نمود. در این پژوهش ابتدا تاثیرات بصری و بیانی رنسانس برروی هنر نقاشی بررسی و سپس تحلیل‌های جداگانه‌ای جهت آمادگی ذهنی خواننده، به منظور  بیداری و آزادی ذهن‌ و روح‌ او برای درک حضور عرفان و متافیزیک در نقاشی ایرانی و هلندی قرن 17 میلادی صورت پذیرفته است. تمامی مراحل انجام این پژوهش به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی انجام شده است.اهداف پژوهش:بررسی درک حضور عرفان و متافیزیک در نقاشی‌های ایران و هلند قرن 17 میلادی.مطالعۀ پویایی ذهن مخاطب نقاشی‌های ایرانی و هلندی قرن 17 میلادی.سوالات پژوهش:عرفان و متافیزیک در نقاشی ایران و هلند قرن 17 میلادی چه جایگاهی داشته است؟پویایی ذهن مخاطب نقاشی‌های ایرانی و هلندی، به چه طریقی امکان‌پذیر است؟

organizational citizenship behavior as one of the new concepts of organizational behavior management that emphasizes the extra-role behaviors of employees and managers and has a decisive role in the organizational process and the transformation of the traditional environment into a dynamic and efficient environment. organizations, especially in developing countries, need to increase efficiency, and the ground must be laid for the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior so that employees and managers can use their abilities to achieve organizational goals. the main purpose of this study is to design and develop a model of organizational citizenship behavior of managers. the research method in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach that has been done using delphi technique and survey of this study. jthe moderating role of leadership components on the relationship between organizational components and organizational citizenship behavior of managers was not confirmed. in the present study, according to the results of testing the hypotheses, we finally presented the model of organizational citizenship behavior of managers.research questions1- efficient environment, explaining individual components with organizational citizenship behavior of managers2- traditional environment and explanation of individual components with the organizational citizenship behavior of managers with emphasis on the values ​​of islamic art ethicsresearch purposes1- studying the efficient environment, explaining individual components with the organizational citizenship behavior of managers2- examining the traditional environment and explaining individual components with the organizational citizenship behavior of managers with emphasis on the values ​​of islamic art ethics
