مضامین صلح اندیشی در شاهنامه های مصور دوره تیموری و صفوی

ادبیات هر سرزمینی تجلی باورها، ارزش‌ها و فرهنگ آن سرزمین است. مهم‌ترین و کامل‌ترین بازتاب فرهنگ کهن ایران را در شاهنامه فردوسی می‌توانیم ببینیم. شاهنامه یکی از بزرگ‌ترین آثار حماسی جهان و دربردارندۀ بخش بزرگی از فرهنگ ارزشمند ایرانی است. نگارنده با روش واکاوی اسناد و تحلیل محتوا دریافته است که فردوسی خردمند، اندیشمندانه کوشیده است که در ضمن بیان حماسی داستان‌های کهن از مفاهیم و مضامینی استفاده نماید که خواننده شاهنامه با تحلیل و در کنار هم قراردادن آن مفاهیم، خود به کشف حاکمیت نگاه صلح‌اندیشانه موجود در فرهنگ اصیل ایرانی دست پیدا کند. هدف این پژوهش، بیان مضامینی است که با حضورشان در شاهنامه به بالا رفتن بسامدی نگاه صلح‌اندیشی در این کتاب سترگ، کمک می‌کند. این کتاب برخلاف دیگر آثار حماسی جهان که جنگ‌محور است، دارای نگاه صلح‌گرایانه و دفاع‌محور می‌باشد. همچنین این کتاب می‌تواند به‌عنوان آیینه‌ای از اقتدار، عزت و آزادگی فرهنگ صلح‌اندیش ایرانیان را به دیگر ملت‌های جهان نشان دهد؛ از دیگر سو، با حجم بالای مفاهیم صلح‌مدارانه در شاهنامه به گسترش خوانش و درک بیشتر و بهتر فرهنگ ملی، به افتخارات و باورهای هویتی ایرانیان کمک کند.اهداف پژوهش:بررسی اهمیت کاربست بیان مضامین صلح‌اندیشی در شاهنامه.بررسی مضامین صلح‌اندیشی در شاهنامه دوره مصور تیموری و صفوی.سوالات پژوهش:اهمیت کاربست بیان مضامین صلح‌اندیشی در شاهنامه چیست؟مضامین صلح‌اندیشی در شاهنامه دوره مصور تیموری و صفوی چگونه منعکس شده است؟

organizational citizenship behavior as one of the new concepts of organizational behavior management that emphasizes the extra-role behaviors of employees and managers and has a decisive role in the organizational process and the transformation of the traditional environment into a dynamic and efficient environment. organizations, especially in developing countries, need to increase efficiency, and the ground must be laid for the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior so that employees and managers can use their abilities to achieve organizational goals. the main purpose of this study is to design and develop a model of organizational citizenship behavior of managers. the research method in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach that has been done using delphi technique and survey of this study. jthe moderating role of leadership components on the relationship between organizational components and organizational citizenship behavior of managers was not confirmed. in the present study, according to the results of testing the hypotheses, we finally presented the model of organizational citizenship behavior of managers.research questions1- efficient environment, explaining individual components with organizational citizenship behavior of managers2- traditional environment and explanation of individual components with the organizational citizenship behavior of managers with emphasis on the values ​​of islamic art ethicsresearch purposes1- studying the efficient environment, explaining individual components with the organizational citizenship behavior of managers2- examining the traditional environment and explaining individual components with the organizational citizenship behavior of managers with emphasis on the values ​​of islamic art ethics
