افزایش تحولات جهانی منجر به تعداد بیشتری از مسائل در دستور کار دیپلماتیک و تغییرات گسترده در استراتژی قدرت‌های بزرگ شده است. در این پژوهش با ترکیب نظریات وابستگی متقابل پیچیده و مطالعه فرآیندهای شکل‌گیری استراتژی بزرگ، تاثیر افزایش حجم، سرعت و تنوع تعاملات درون جامعه بین‌المللی بر ساخت استراتژی های بزرگ را مورد بررسی قرار خواهد داد. ایده بنیادی مقاله روی استراتژی‌های «یک کمربند، یک راه»، «نخست آمریکا» و «اتصال منطقه‌ای ایران» بنا شده است. فرضیه اصلی بر این پایه استوار است که افزایش میزان وابستگی متقابل پیچیده، توانایی قدرت‌های بزرگ را برای فرموله‌سازی استراتژی بزرگ و تنظیم داینامیک‌های رقابتی و همکاری به‌طور منسجم کاهش داده به نحوی که استراتژی بزرگ خود را برخلاف فرهنگ استراتژیک خود اتخاذ و اجرایی نموده‌اند که این امر تاثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر استراتژی بزرگ ایران داشته است.اهداف پژوهش:بررسی تاثیر استراتژی قدرت‌های بزرگ برخلاف فرهنگ استراتژیک در رویکردهای منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی ایران.بررسی نقش کمربند اقتصادی و فرهنگی جاده ابریشم در تعاملات بین‌المللی ایران و چین در منطقه.سوالات پژوهش:چرا قدرت‌های بزرگ، استراتژی بزرگ خود را برخلاف فرهنگ استراتژیک خود بنا نهاده‌ا‌ند؟نقش کمربند اقتصادی و فرهنگی جاده ابریشم در تعاملات بین‌المللی ایران و چین در منطقه چیست؟
