دستاوردهای اقتصادی، فرهنگی و هنری دو کشور ایران و پاکستان از گذرگاه امن بندر

در سال‌های اخیر بنادر جمهوری اسلامی ایران نقش مهمی در تثبیت و تقویت جایگاه ایران به‌عنوان پل ارتباطی آسیا-اروپا و کریدور شمال- جنوب از طریق ارائه خدمات حمل و نقل برعهده داشته‌اند. در این میان، بندر چابهار به علت برخورداری از موقعیت ممتاز در شرق تنگه هرمز و دریای عمان در مسیر خطوط اصلی کشتیرانی به آفریقا، آسیا و اروپا قرار گرفته و به‌عنوان کوتاه‌ترین راه ارتباطی و ترانزیتی کشورهای آسیای میانه و افغانستان به بازارهای خلیج‌فارس، شرق آفریقا و دیگر نقاط جهان از نقش ممتازی برخوردار است. ایران و پاکستان به‌واسطۀ استفاده از این مسیر دارای ارتباط فرهنگی و هنری با یکدیگر هستند. بررسی چگونگی این روابط از بستر چابهار مسئلۀ این پژوهش است. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با تکیه بر داده‌های منابع کتابخانه‌ای به رشتۀ تحریر درآمده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از این است که با ادامۀ سیاست‌های پاکستان در راستای ارتباط با کشورهای شمال از طریق بندر گوادر، در سال‌های آتی توسعۀ این بندر به رقیب مهمی برای چابهار تبدیل خواهد شد. در این زمینه هرچند پاکستان با موانعی همچون کمبود زیرساخت‌های مناسب و کافی، عدم وجود زیرساخت‌های حمل‌ونقلی، نبود ظرفیت صنعتی و تجاری، عدم امنیت پایدار-حمله به مهندسان چینی فعال در توسعۀ بندر گوادر مواجه می باشد.اهداف پژوهش:بررسی دستاوردهای اقتصادی ایران و پاکستان از گذرگاه امن بندر.مطالعه دستاوردهای فرهنگی و هنری ایران و پاکستان از گذرگاه امن بندر.سوالات پژوهش:دستاوردهای اقتصادی دو کشور ایران و پاکستان از گذرگاه امن بندر چیست؟گذرگاه امن بندر چه دستاوردهای فرهنگی و هنری برای کشور ایران و پاکستان دارد؟
