نقش دین، هنر و ادبیات در تفسیر و تثبیت حقوق شهروندی در اندیشه های حسن زاده آملی و سید حسین نصر

مقوله هایی چون دین، هنر و ادبیات از ادوار کهن و از نخستین جوامع بشری همراه و همزاد انسان بوده اند. در هر جامعه ای که میزان توجه به این مقوله ها افزایش یافته است، جوامع بشری در جایگاه بالاتر تمدنی قرار گرفته اند. امروزه حقوق شهروندی یکی از مفاهیم نوین و مورد توجه اندیشمندان است. مسئله ای که می توان اینجا مطرح کرد میزان تاثیر نقش دین، هنر و ادبیات در حقوق شهروندی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کلیه منابع، مقالات، کتب و سایت‌های تخصصی مربوط به دیدگاه‌های دو اندیشمند مذکور بود که با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل محتوا (مضمون) به بررسی این منابع پرداخته شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها سیاهۀ تحلیل محتوا جهت بررسی و استخراج مولفه‌های حقوق شهروندی بود که روایی و پایایی آن توسط اساتید مجرب به‌دست آمد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که از دیدگاه علامه حسن‌زاده آملی حقوق شهروندی دارای مولفه‌های همدلی با خلق خدا، حق و تکلیف، برخورداری از عدالت، اشتغال حلال، آموزش، سلامت جسم و روان و سلامت اجتماعی و از دیدگاه سید حسین نصر، پاسداری از طبیعت، حقوق اقتصادی، حق و تکلیف، حقوق زنان، آزادی، کرامت انسانی و حق حکومت می‌باشد. بنابراین آنچه که مهم است، این است که این حقوق باید به نوعی نمایان گردد که دست‌اندرکاران و افراد ذیربط در این زمینه، با اتقان‌نظر و به صورت ثابت‌قدم سعی در اجرای این حقوق و احترام به آن‌ها را در مدیریت شهروندی داشته باشند.اهداف پژوهش:1. بررسی نقش هنر، دین و ادبیات در تثبیت حقوق شهروندی.2. واکاوی حقوق شهروندی براساس اندیشه‌های سید حسین نصر و حسن‌زاده آملی.سوالات پژوهش:1. هنر، دین و ادبیات در تثبیت حقوق شهروندی چه نقشی دارند؟2. حقوق شهروندی در اندیشه‌های سید حسین نصر و حسن‌زاده آملی چه جایگاهی دارد؟

the role of religion, art and literature in the interpretation and consolidation of civil rights with emphasis on the ideas of hassanzadeh amoli and seyed hossein nasr

the aim of this study was to investigate the rights of citizens based on the ideas of hassanzadeh amoli and seyed hossein nasr. the statistical population of the study was all sources, articles, books and specialized sites related to the views of the two thinkers, which were examined using the content analysis approach. the data collection tool was a content analysis checklist to examine and extract the components of citizenship rights, the validity and reliability of which were obtained by experienced professors. findings showed that from the perspective of allameh hassanzadeh amoli, citizenship rights have components of empathy with god’s creation, rights and duties, enjoyment of justice, lawful employment, education, physical and mental health and social health and from the perspective of seyed hossein nasr, protection of nature, economic rights, rights and duties, women’s rights, freedom, human dignity and the right to govern. therefore, what is important is that these rights should be presented in such a way that the stakeholders and relevant individuals in this field, with perseverance and consistently try to implement these rights and respect them in citizenship management.research objectives1. analysis of citizenship rights based on the ideas of hassanzadeh amoli2. analysis of citizenship rights based on the ideas of seyyed hossein nasrresearch questions1. how to analyze citizenship rights based on the ideas of hassanzadeh amoli2. how to analyze citizenship rights based on the ideas of seyyed hossein nasr
