تبیین مولفه و شاخص های اثرگذار مدرنیسم در خانه های اعیانی مشهد در اواخر دوره قاجار

پیدایش نوگرایی و ورود تدریجی جریان مدرنیسم به ایران در دوره قاجار بر زوایای مختلف جامعه ایران موثر بود. یکی از عرصه هایی که مدرنیسم در آن تاثیرگذار بود، مختصات معماری بود. در این دوره دستاوردهای عصر مدرنیته غرب، هرچه بیشتر وارد کالبد و روح معماری زمانه شهر از جمله ابنیه و عمارت های آن شد. مسئله ای که اینجا مطرح می گردد دامنه و ابعاد تاثیرگذاری مدرنیسم بر معماری خانه های مسکونی در این دوره است. پژوهش حاضر در صدد آن است سعی بر آن تا علاوه بر شناخت وجوه اثرگذار بر معماری بناهای مسکونی اواخر قاجار در شهر مشهد، به اولویت بندی آن ها بپردازد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری داده ها به صورت کتابخانه ای- اسنادی و تکمیل پرسشنامه خبرگان می باشد. همچنین از روش دلفی برای تعیین اهمیت به مولفه ها و شاخص ها استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که بر اساس تحلیل های صورت گرفته و مولفه ها و شاخص های به دست آمده از منابع موجود و نظرسنجی، مدلی با 5 مولفه و 20 شاخص تدوین و وزن هر دسته و ترتیب اهمیت شاخص ها تعیین شد. بدین صورت مولفه های «پلان»، «عناصر ساختمانی» و «تزئینات» و نیز سه شاخص «محوریت راه پله»، «بالکن» و «بام شیبدار و سنتوری» رتبه های اول تا سوم را کسب نمودند. تاثیرات مدرنسیم به شکل های مختلف در پلان، نما، ورودی ها، فضاهای داخلی و به طور شاخص به عناصر و اجزای معماری دیده می شود.اهداف پژوهش:1.مطالعه و واکاوی تاثیر مدرنیسم بر معماری در دوره قاجار.2.بررسی تاثیر وجوه مدرنیسم بر خانه های اواخر دوران قاجار شهر در مشهد.سوالات پژوهش:1.مدرنیسم چه تحولاتی را در معماری دوره قاجار ایجاد کرد؟2.مدرنیسم چه تاثیری بر خانه های اعیان در اواخر دوره قاجار در شهر مشهد داشت؟

A Study on the Effective Components and Indicators of Modernism in the Aristocratic Houses of Mashhad in the Late Qajar Period

The emergence of innovation and the gradual entry of modernization in Iran during the Qajar period was influential on various aspects of the Iranian society. One of such influential areas was architecture. During this period, the achievements of Western modernity entered the body and soul of the architecture of the city, including its buildings and mansions. The issue raised here is the scope and dimensions of the impact of modernism on the architecture of residential houses of the Qajar epoch. The present study seeks to prioritize such features in addition to identifying the aspects affecting the architecture of late Qajar residential buildings in the city of Mashhad. The present study is an applied research study in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The method of data collection is library and documentary purpose accomplished via a questionnaire distributed among experts; furthermore, Delphi method was also used to regulate the importance of the components and indicators. Findings of the research indicate that based on the analysis obtained from available sources and surveys, a model with 5 components and 20 indicators is compiled and the value of each category and the order of importance of the index were determined. Thus, the components of plan, construction elements and decorations as well as the three indicators of staircase axis, balcony and sloping roof and santouri gained the first to third ranks. The effects of modernism are seen in various forms in the plan, facade, entrances, interiors and, as an indicator, to the elements and components of architecture.Research aims:1.
