هنرو زیبایی از دیدگاه مبانی فقه اخباری و اجتهادی

مسئله هنر و زیبایی به عنوان یکی از وجوه ذاتی حیات انسان ها در ادیان مختلف مورد توجه بوده است به طوری که بخش مهمی از هنر در جوامع مختلف حول هنر مذهبی تکوین یافته است. بخش مهمی از تاریخ تشیع به تقابل علمای اخباری و اصولی اختصاص داشته است. اثرات این تقابل معمولاً از حیطه نظر فراتر رفته و در ادوار تاریخی به اشکال مختلف بروز یافته است. هرکدام از این نحله ها در برخی زمان ها در منزوی ساختن طرف مقابل در عرصه نظر و عمل کوشیده و  گاهی به دلیل الزامات این دو تفکر به همزیستی رسیده اند. با ظهور قاجاریه، اصولیان و اخباریان پس از مدت ها انزوا به عرصه سیاست بازگشته و رقابت های گذشته را تجدید کردند. به هر حال تقابل اصولیان و اخباریان آخرین مقابله ی جدی آن ها بود که بروز یافت. هنر و زیبایی یکی از وجوه مهم اجتماع است و به عنوان یک موضوع محوری بررسی آن از نگاه فقه اصولی و اخباری حائز اهمیت است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی  و با تکیه بر داده های کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که اصولیان و اخباریون هر دو با توجه به مبانی بنیادین دین اسلام و احادیث بر جای مانده از ائمه دیدگاهی مثبت و حمایت گرانه نسبت به مسئله هنر، ابعاد آن و زیبایی داشته است.  اهداف پژوهش:1.بررسی هنر از دیدگاه مبانی فقه اخباری و اجتهادی.2.بررسی زیبایی از دیدگاه مبانی فقه اخباری و اجتهادی.سوالات پژوهش:1.هنر از دیدگاه مبانی فقه اخباری و اجتهادی چگونه است؟2.زیبایی از دیدگاه مبانی فقه اخباری و اجتهادی چگونه است؟

Art and Beauty from the Perspective of the Doctrines of Islamic Jurisprudence of Akhbari and Ijtihad

The matter of art and beauty has been deliberated upon as one of the inherent aspects of human life in various religions, accordingly, a main part of art in diverse societies has advanced around religious art. An imperative share of the history of Shiism has been devoted to the confrontation of Akhabri and fundamentalist scholars. The effects of this confrontation are generally beyond the scope of view and have manifested themselves in various forms in historical periods. Each of these sects have at times attempted to isolate the other party in the field of thought and action, and at times due to the necessities have reached coexistence. With the rise of the Qajar dynasty, the fundamentalists and the followers of the Akhbari opinion returned to politics after a long period of segregation and renewed previous rivalries. However, the confrontation between the fundamentalists and the Akhbaris was their last serious opposition. Art and beauty are one of the vital features of society and as a central issue, study in this field is considered significant from the viewpoint of Akhbari and Ijtihad Islamic jurisprudence. This research is accomplished via a descriptive and analytical method by relying on library data. The findings of the study indicate that the fundamentalists and the Akhbaris both had a positive and supportive view of the issue of art, its dimensions and beauty, considering the basic principles of Islam and the Hadiths remained from the Imams.Research aims:1.
