باز آفرینی محلات شهر زنجان در تطبیق با شاخصه های شهر ایرانی اسلامی (نمونه موردی محلات حسینیه و نایب آقا)

بازآفرینی شهری در راستای  احیای بافت ها و بناهای تاریخی با تاکید بر حفظ ارزش های فرهنگی و حفاظت از ثروت‌های بومی می‌تواند علاوه بر حفظ و تقویت استخوان بندی اصلی شهر، موجب رشد اقتصادی و توسعه شهری گردد و گروه های اقتصادی مناسبی را برای ارتقاء درآمدهای شهری ایجاد کند. از سوی دیگر شهر ایرانی اسلامی واقعیتی است که وجود دارد و لازم است ضوابط و مقررات آن با توجه به صفات، ارزش‌ها و زبان طراحی آن تدوین و مشخص گردد. در این پژوهش که یک تحقیق کاربردی است و مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی، روش پیمایشی توصیفی می‌باشد، تلاش شده است ضمن تبیین معیارها و شاخص‌های شهر ایرانی اسلامی به بررسی وضع موجود در محلات حسینیه و نایب آقا در شهر زنجان پرداخته شود. عوامل دخیل در بازآفرینی شهری که مطابق با شاخص‌های شهر ایرانی– اسلامی است مشخص شده و به دنبال آن معیارهایی برای بازآفرینی محلات تاریخی ارائه شده که با رعایت آن ها محلات هدف بازآفرینی انطباق پذیری بیشتری با اصول شهر ایرانی– اسلامی خواهد داشت. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که در محدوده مورد مطالعه، حفظ برج و باروی تاریخی شهر و تکیه حسینیه به عنوان اصول اصلی شهر ایرانی– اسلامی بایستی در اولویت طرح قرار گیرد. بنابراین شناخت دقیق شاخص ه ای شهر ایرانی اسلامی گامی مهم در بازآفرینی الگوی شهر است.اهداف پژوهش:1. آشنایی با اصول معماری شهرهای ایرانی و اسلامی.2. یافتن معیارهای مطلوب برای بازآفرینی محلات تاریخی با تکیه بر اصول شهرهای ایرانی – اسلامی.سوالات پژوهش:1. معیارها و شاخص‌های شهر ایرانی اسلامی کدم‌اند ؟2. آیا در بازآفرینی‌های شهری می‌توان الگوی شهرهای ایرانی اسلامی را به عنوان را الگوی طراحی انتخاب کرد؟

Reconstruction of Zanjan City Neighborhoods in Accordance with the Characteristics of the IranianIslamic City (Case Study: Hosseinieh and NayebAgha Neighborhoods)

Urban regeneration in order to revive historical structures and monuments by emphasizing the preservation of cultural values ​​and protection of indigenous wealth can, in addition to preserving and strengthening the main ossification of the city, lead to economic growth and urban development and appropriate economic groups to promote and generate municipal revenues. On the other hand, the IranianIslamic city is a reality that exists and it is necessary to formulate and specify its rules and regulations according to its attributes, values ​​and language of design. In this research, which is an applied research based on documentary studies following a surveydescriptive method, while explaining the criteria and indicators of the IranianIslamic city, an attempt has been made to study the current situation in Hosseinieh and NayebAgha neighborhoods in Zanjan. Factors involved in urban regeneration that are in accordance with the characteristics of the IranianIslamic city have been identified, followed by criteria for the regeneration of historical sites, which will be more compatible with the principles of IranianIslamic city. Findings indicate that in the study area, preservation of the historic tower and fortifications of the city and reliance on Tekyeh Hosseinieh as the main principles representing the IranianIslamic city should be a priority. Therefore, accurate knowledge of the characteristics of the Islamic Iranian city is a vital step in recreating the city model.Research aims:1. Familiarity with the principles of architecture of Iranian and Islamic cities.2. Finding desirable criteria for recreating historical sites based on the principles of IranianIslamic cities.Research questions:1. What are the criteria and characteristics of an IranianIslamic city?2. In urban regenerations, can the pattern of IranianIslamic cities be chosen as the design pattern?
