داستان‌های اقلیمی رهیافتی برای شناخت معماری خانه‌های منطقه بر پایه نظریه منطقه‌‌گرایی انتقادی (مطالعۀ موردی: شهر تهران)

امروزه یکی از دغدغه های معماری در شهر تهران شکل‌گیری خانه‌هایی فاقد هویت منطقه‌ای، یکسان‌سازی محیط کالبدی و از بین رفتن هویت معماری و سیمای ظاهری خانه‌ها است. این در حالی‌ست که مفهوم سکونت و خانه در ایران با فرهنگ و اقلیم هر منطقه گره خورده است و این امر در داستان‌ها و به طور خاص ادبیات اقلیمی و شناخت نگاه نویسندگان که برگرفته از لایه‌های زندگی افراد است قابل مطالعه و بررسی می‌باشد. مسئله ای که اینجا قابل طرح است بازشناسی نقش داستان های اقلیمی در آگاهی از عناصر و ویژگی های معماری در گذشته است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش تفسیرگرایی با روش مطالعات تطبیقی و رویکرد پژوهش از نوع کیفی است. نوع پژوهش به لحاظ هدف بنیادی، و با توجه به اینکه خروجی آن قرار است از نوع روش باشد پس به لحاظ نوع نتایج  تبیینی و به لحاظ شیوه تحلیل نقد ادبی است. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها کتابخانه‌ای و از آنجایی که بنیاد این پژوهش بهره‌گیری از ادبیات اقلیمی ست، لذا از نقد ادبی و تحلیل محتوا استفاده گردید. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که از طریق اصول منطقه‌گرایی انتقادی می توان با ویژگی‌های داستان‌های اقلیمی آشنا شد. کاربست روش نقد معنایی با رویکرد‌های روایت‌شناسی، لغوی(صورتگرایانه)، فنی، نشانه‌شناسی ساختاری، اجتماعی و زیبایی‌شناسی در شناخت معماری خانه های قدیمی از طریق داستان های اقلیمی موثر است. اهداف پژوهش 1.بررسی ویژگی های معماری خانه های قدیم تهران براساس داستان های اقلیمی. 2.تبیین کاربرد نظریه منطقه گرایی انتقادی در بازشناسی معماری خانه های قدیم تهران. سوالات پژوهش 1.چگونه می توان از داستان های اقلیمی در بازشناسی ویژگی های معماری خانه های قدیمی تهران استفاده کرد؟ 2.نظریه منطقه گرایی انتقادی چه کابردی در شناخت معماری خانه های قدیمی تهران دارد؟

Regional Stories; an Approach to Understanding the Architecture of Regional Homes Based on the Critical Regional Theory (Case Study: Tehran)

Today, one of the architectural concerns in Tehran is the formation of houses without regional identity, the unification of the physical environment and the disappearance of the architectural identity and appearance of the houses. However, the concept of housing in Iran is tied to the culture and Regional of each region, and this can be studied in stories and particularly Regional literature and perceiving the views of authors that are taken from the layers of people’s lives. The issue that can be raised here is the recognition of the role of Regional stories in the awareness of architectural elements and features in the past. The research method of this research is descriptive with the method of comparative studies and the research approach is qualitative. The type of research is fundamental in terms of purpose, and considering that its output is supposed to be methodical, then it is explanatory in terms of the type of results and in terms of the technique of literary criticism analysis. The process of data collection is library research and since the foundation of this research is the use of Regional literature, literary criticism and content analysis were used. Findings indicate that through the principles of critical regionalism, one can get acquainted with the characteristics of Regional fiction. The application of semantic critique method with narrative, lexical (formalistic), technical, structural, social and aesthetic semiotics approaches is effective in understanding the architecture of old houses through Regional stories. Research aims: 1. A study of the architectural features of the old houses of Tehran based on Regional stories. 2. Explaining the application of the theory of critical regionalism in recognizing the architecture of old houses in Tehran. Research questions: 1. How can Regional stories be used to recognize the architectural features of old houses in Tehran? 2. What is the use of the theory of critical regionalism in understanding the architecture of old houses in Tehran?
