ارائه راهبردهای بهینه جهت مقابله با پیامدهای زیست محیطی آینده در معماری ساحلی (گردشگری ساحلی در جزیره کیش)

امروزه محیط زیست و معضلاتی که آن را تهدید می کند، یکی از مهم ترین چالش های پیش رو در جوامع مختلف است. بنابراین، این مسئله ابعاد مختلف طرح های و ایده های نو در جامعه را تحت شعاع قرار می دهد. معماری به عنوان یکی از ساختارهایی که ارتباط نزدیکی با زمین و چهره طبیعیت دارد، می تواند نقش مهمی در مسائل زیست محیطی داشته باشد. جزیره کیش یکی از مناطق مهم و استراتژیک در جغرافیای کنونی ایران است که مورد توجه بخش گردشگری و  فرهنگی است. لذا بررسی معماری  ساحلی در آن  و چالش های زیست محیطی که با آن مواجهه است، مسئله مهم و قابل ارزیابی است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش و ماهیت جزء پژوهش های توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد. در این پژوهش ضمن شناخت مقدماتی از گردشگری ساحلی به بررسی نقش گردشگران و تاثیرات زیست محیطی پروژه های مرتبط با آن در تخریب محیط زیست و معماری ساحلی جزیره کیش پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش اطلاعات جمع آوری شده به کمک مدل تحلیلی swot مورد پردازش و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد براساس ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی نشان می دهد که عوامل داخلی در امر گردشگری و معماری ساحلی واکنش مناسبی نداشته است و از قوت ها در مقابل ضعف ها به طور مناسبی استفاده نشده است. همچنین بررسی ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل خارجی نشان می دهد ارگان ها و گردشگران در امر معماری و گردشگری ساحلی نسبت به عوامل خارجی واکنش نسبتاً مناسبی داشته اند و علی رغم ضعف درونی، می توان با استراتژی های تعاملی، مبتنی بر ماتریس تعیین راهبرد بهینه، از فرصت های موجود در جهت رفع موانع استفاده نمود. اهداف پژوهش: 1.بررسی قوت ها، ضعف ها، فرصت ها و تهدیدهای موثر بر معماری ساحلی 2.یافتن راهبردهای بهینه جهت بهبود کیفی معماری ساحلی در کیش سوالات پژوهش: 1. عوامل زیست محیطی پروژه های مرتبط با گردشگری، چه تاثیری در معماری ساحلی کیش خواهد داشت؟ 2. راهبردهای مقابله با تاثیرات مخرب بر معماری ساحلی جزیره کیش کدام اند؟

Optimal Strategies Allocating Future Environmental Consequences in Coastal Architecture

Today, the environment and its threatening problems is one of the most vital challenges facing diverse societies. Therefore, this issue overshadows various dimensions of new plans and ideas promoting within the society. Architecture, as one of the structures that is closely related to the earth and the face of nature, can play a chief role in environmental issues. The Kish Island, considered by the tourism and cultural sector, is one of the most central and strategic areas in the current geography of Iran; therefore, the study of coastal architecture and the environmental challenges is an essential and evaluable issue. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical research in terms of method and nature. In this study, while introducing coastal tourism, the role of tourists and the environmental effects of related projects in the destruction of the environment and coastal architecture of Kish Island have been studied. Moreover, the collected data have been processed and analyzed using the SWOT analytical model. Findings confirm that based on the internal factors evaluation matrix, internal factors have not reacted well in tourism and coastal architecture and strengths and weaknesses have not been applied appropriately. Also, the study of external factors evaluation matrix shows that organizations and tourists in coastal architecture and tourism have reacted relatively well to external factor; and despite internal weakness, with the use of matrixbased interactive strategies based on the optimal strategy, the existing opportunities can be applied to remove obstacles. Research aims: 1. Examining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats affecting coastal architecture 2. Finding optimal strategies to improve the quality of coastal architecture in Kish Research questions: 1. What effect will the environmental factors of tourismrelated projects have on the coastal architecture of Kish? 2. What are the strategies to deal with the destructive effects on the coastal architecture of Kish Island?
