ساختارهای زیبایی شناختی موثر سازنده محیطی در ایجاد حس امنیت در مجتمع های مسکونی

مطالعات روانشناسی بر ارتباط عمیق میان زیبایی و احساس آرامش و امنیت تاکید دارد. انسان در جامعه امروزی با تحولات محیطی متفاوتی مواجه است. ایجاد مجتمع های مسکونی یکی از این تحولات در ساختار محیطی افراد جامعه است. مسئله ای که می توان مطرح کرد، تاثیر مجتمع های مسکونی به عنوان تغییرات ساختاری جدید بر حس امنیت افراد جامعه است. زیبایی شناسی علمی است که می توان از آن برای ایجاد حس امنیت کمک گرفت. امروزه وجود امنیت به عنوان یکی از نیازهای اصلی انسان ها از مهمترین عوامل ساختاری کیفیت زندگی است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با رویکرد کمی و کیفی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش حاضر شامل بیش از 2000 نفر است که نمونه در دسترس آن ها به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. بعد از توزیع کردن پرسشنامه، داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که 5 عامل اصلی بر امنیت محیطی و کاهش جرم در بافت مجتمع های مسکونی تاثیر به سزایی دارند. این 5 عامل عبارتند از امنیت فیزیکی، نظارت، ترس از جرم، قلمروپایی، مدیریت و نگهداری که بعد از مقایسه میانگین آن ها در گروه نمونه نتایج نشان داد که مولفه نظارت دارای میانگین زیاد و مولفه ترس از جرم دارای میانگین کمتری است، میانگین سایر متغیرها (امنیت فیزیکی، قلمروپایی و مدیریت و نگه داری) نیز در حد متوسط بودند. بنابراین در امنیت محیطی در بافت مجتمع های مسکونی امنیت فیزیکی، نظارت، ترس از جرم، قلمروپایی، مدیریت و نگهداری سهم به سزایی دارند. توجه به این مولفه ها در کنار ایجاد محیط های طبیعی نقش مهمی در تثبیت فضایی با تسلط ساختاهاری زیبا و آرامش بخش در مجتمع های مسکونی دارد. اهداف پژوهش: 1.بررسی نقش ساختارهای زیبایی شناختی در ایجاد حس امنیت در مجتمع های مسکونی. 2.شناسایی موثرترین عوامل بر امنیت در بافت مسکونی. سوالات پژوهش: 1.چه عواملی در ایجاد ساختارهای زیبایی شناختی محیطی در مجتمع های مسکونی نقش دارند؟ 2.کدام عوامل بیشترین تاثیر را بر ایجاد حس امنیت در بافت مسکونی دارد؟

Effective aesthetic structures of constructive environment in creating sense of security (case study residential complexes)

Psychological studies emphasize the deep connection between beauty and the feeling of peace and security. In today’s society, human beings are facing unalike environmental changes. The creation of residential complexes is one of aforementioned fluctuations in the environmental structure of the society. One issue that can be raised is the impact of residential complexes, as new structural alterations, on the security of individuals. Hence, aesthetics is a science that can be applied to generate a sense of safety. Today, the existence of security, as one of the foremost requirements of human beings, is one of the most vital structural factors in the quality of life. This research has been accomplished with a descriptive and analytical method and with the application of both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The present study population includes more than 2000 as the research sample. After distributing the questionnaire, data was analyzed using SPSS software at both descriptive and inferential levels. Findings show that the five main factors have a significant impact on environmental security and crime reduction in the context of residential complexes. These 5 factors are physical security, surveillance, fear of crime, territory, management and maintenance. After comparing their means in the sample group, the results showed that the component of surveillance has a high average and the component of fear of crime beheld a lower average. Other variables (physical security, territory, and management and maintenance) also had a moderate value. Therefore, physical security, supervision, fear of crime, territory, management and maintenance have a significant role in environmental security in the context of residential complexes. Paying attention to these components along with creating natural environments has an imperative role in stabilizing the space with the dominance of beautiful and relaxing structures in residential complexes. Research aims: 1. Investigating the role of aesthetic structures in creating a sense of security in residential complexes. 2. Identifying the most effective factors on the security of the residential context. Research questions: 1. What factors play a role in creating environmental aesthetic structures in residential complexes? 2. Which factors have the greatest impact on creating a sense of security in the residential context?
