بررسی اصول و معیارهای مسکن پلکس

مسکن پلکس نوعی مسکن جمعی است که دارای امکانات و ساختمان‌ های مشترک همچون سازه و تاسیسات، همچنین فضای تعاملات اجتماعی نیمه‌ خصوصی می‌ باشد. این مجموعه ‌ها می توانند در گروه‌ های 2 الی 6 واحدی نظام دهی شوند. پلکس ‌سازی به‌عنوان رویکردی نوین که دارای جنبه‌ های مثبت مجتمع‌ های زیستی می‌ باشند و صرفه‌ جویی مصرف انرژی و همسویی با طبیعت مطرح ‌شده است. نیاز به مسکن، کمبود سرانه زمین شهری، صرفه اقتصادی در ساخت ‌و ساز و استفاده از فناوری روز در امر ساختمان سازی، ضرورت ارائۀ پیشنهاد نوعی از طراحی را ایجاد می ‌کند که نسبت به سامانه‌ های سنتی ارجحیت داشته باشد. بر این اساس، الگوی طراحی مسکن چند واحدی پیشنهاد می ‌شود. این مقاله برآن است تا به تبیین اصول و معیارهای طراحی در مسکن پلکس در راستای رسیدن به ابعاد کمی  و کیفی  طراحی ایده آل بپردازد. این عوامل کمی شامل همسویی بنا با محیط، اقلیم و منطقه، تقلیل مصرف انرژی بنا در حین گرمایش و سرمایش، صرفه‌ جویی در استفاده از سرانۀ زمین شهری هستند و از لحاظ کیفی، ارتقاء پایداری اجتماعی عامل تعیین کننده ای است. روش تحقیق ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت اسنادی، کتابخانه ای و روﯾﮑﺮدی ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ تحلیلی دارد و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺸﺮﯾﺢ اﺑﻌﺎد و ویژگی‌ های ﭘﻠﮑﺲ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺼادﯾﻖ ﻣﻮﺟود می ‌پردازد. یافته های تحقیق، اصول طراحی مسکن پلکس را در سه بعد اقلیمی، اجتماعی و پایداری ارائه می دهد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ می ‌تواند ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺎت ﻻزم ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﻋﯿﻨﯽ معیارهای مسکن جمعی و اصول و مزایای استفاده از مسکن پلکس به‌ عنوان روشی نوین در ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ مجتمع‌ های ﻣﺴﮑﻮﻧﯽ در ﮐﺸﻮر را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ سازد. اهداف پژوهش: 1.بررسی جنبه های مثبت مسکن پلکس. 2.ارائه الگویی برای اصول طراحی مسکن پلکس در راستای رسیدن به ابعاد کمی و کیفی طراحی. سوالات تحقیق: 1.مسکن پلکس دارای چه جنبه های مثبتی  است؟2.چه معیارها و ضوابطی می ‌تواند در طراحی پلکس مسکن موثر باشد؟

A Review on the Principles and Criteria of Plex Housing

Plex housing is a type of collective housing that bears common facilities and buildings such as structures and conveniences, as well as a semiprivate social interaction space. These sets can be organized into groups of two to six units. Plexiglas has been proposed as a new approach that has positive aspects of biological complexes and saves energy consumption and is in harmony with nature. The need for housing, per capita shortage of urban land, economic efficiency in construction and the use of modern technology in construction, makes it necessary to offer a type of design that is superior to traditional systems. Based on this, a multiunit housing design model is proposed. This article intends to explain the principles and criteria of design in Plex housing in order to achieve the quantitative and qualitative dimensions of the ideal design. These quantitative factors include alignment with the environment, climate and region, reducing energy consumption of the building during heating and cooling, saving per capita use of urban land, and qualitatively, promoting social sustainability is a determining factor. The research findings present the principles of Plex housing design in three dimensions: climate, social and sustainability. This can meet the requirements of the collective housing criteria and the principles and benefits of using the Plex housing as a new method in residential housing in the country. Research aims: 1.
