شاخصه ها و سیاست های آموزشی مجتمع آموزشی تیموری در خراسان بزرگ با رویکرد خوانش کتیبه ها

هدف از نگارش این مقاله بررسی جایگاه و کارکرد مدارس و مدرسان در خراسان بزرگ در دوره تیموری و سنجش انواع ارزش ‌های اطلاعاتی کتیبه‌ های دوره تیموری است. اهمیت این مقاله از آن روست که کم‌تر به مساله مدارس، مدرسان و ارزش ‌های آموزشی اطلاعاتی کتیبه در دوره تیموری در خراسان بزرگ داشته ‌اند، پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش کتابخانه ‌ای و آرشیوی است و تلاش شده تا با استفاده از محتوای  اسناد، نسخ خطی و منابع دست اول تاریخی بر وزانت محتوای مقاله افزوده شود. مهم ‌ترین سوالات این مقاله عبارتست از کارکردهای مدارس دوره تیموری، انتصاب و وظایف مدرسان چگونه بوده است؟ انواع ارزش ‌های اطلاعاتی کتیبه‌ های دوره تیموری یافته ‌های چیست؟ پژوهش نشان می ‌دهد که توجه تیموریان به مدرسه‌ سازی خصوصا در هرات باعث شد تا قشر مدرس به عنوان یکی از طبقات اجتماعی نخبه و کارآمد مطرح گردند. حضور مدرسان در عرصه‌ های مختلف اجتماعی، سیاسی، مذهبی و علمی بستر قدرت ‌گیری و تاثیرگذاری آن‌ها را در تحولات مختلف فراهم نموده بود. مدارس این دوره با توجه به نوع اداره و کارکردشان به چهاردسته اصلی تقسیم می‌ شوند که شرایط انتصاب مدرسین و دریافت حقوق آن‌ها تابع نوع مدرسه بوده است. شرایط معیشتی و دریافت حقوق مدرسان با توجه به نوع مدارس، کارکرد آن‌ها و فرامین صادره از دربار تعیین می‌شد در کنار آن وضعیت معیشتی مدرسان و نحوه دریافت حقوق آن‌ ها نیز تابعی از نوع مدارس کارهای جانبی و ارتباطات آن‌ها بوده است که معمولا مطابق شرایط وقفنامه و فرامین صادره از دربار صورت می ‌گرفت. همچنین این دوره دارای انواع کتیبه ‌های مذهبی و تاریخی بوده و محتوای کتیبه‌ های این دوره در مستند سازی عملکرد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و مذهبی شاهان تیموری از اهمیت برخوردارند. اهداف پژوهش: 1 بررسی کارکرد مجتمع‌ های آموزشی در دوره تیموری 2 بررسی تطبیقی تمایز و تشابه مجتمع ‌های آموزشی دوره ایلخانی و تیموری سوالات پژوهش: 1 مجتمع‌ های آموزشی  بین  دوره های ایلخانی و تیموری چه ویژگی‌ هایی داشته‌اند؟ 2 مجتمع ‌های آموزشی دردوره تیموری چه کارکرد و ویژگی ‌هایی داشته‌اند؟

Characteristics and Educational Policies of Teymourid Educational Complexes in Greater Khorasan; with the Approach of Inscriptional Readings

The purpose of this article is to study the position and function of schools and teachers in Greater Khorasan in the Timurid period and to assess the various information values ​​of Timurid inscriptions. The importance of this article is due to the fact that less attention has been paid to the issue of schools, teachers and educational values ​​of the inscription in the Timurid period in Greater Khorasan. The research method is library and documentary archives; moreover, an attempt has been made to increase the richness of the content by using documents, manuscripts and firsthand historical sources. The most significant questions of this article are how Timurid schools functioned what were the appointments and duties of teachers? What are the values ​​of Timurid inscriptions? Research shows that the Timurids’ attention to school construction, especially in Herat, led to the fact that “teachers” became one of the elite and efficient social classes. The presence of teachers in various social, political, religious and scientific fields had provided the basis for their empowerment and influence in various developments. The schools of this period are divided into four main categories according to the type of administration and their function. The conditions for appointing teachers and receiving their salaries depend on the type of school. Living conditions and receiving teachers’ salaries were determined according to the type of schools, their function and orders issued by the court. In addition, the living conditions of teachers and how they received their salaries were a function of the type of schools; in addition, orders were issued by the court. This period also has a variety of religious and historical inscriptions and the content of the inscriptions of this period are significant in documenting the economic, social and religious performance of the Timurid kings.
