بررسی رابطه سرمایه فرهنگی و شادکامی (مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان دانشگاه یزد)

This study has addressed one of the most important issues of the social؛ namely cultural capital and happiness. happiness is base on individual’s attitude and perception and cultural capital is a series of individual characteristics that people achieves them via the society. the research has been done by survey method and data have been collected by questionnaire. oxford standard questionnaire has been used to measure the happiness and to measuring the cultural capital has been used of researcher made questionnaire.the population were all of the students of the yazd university that based on cochran’s formula, 368 of them were selected. the results of research indicate that among the different aspects of cultural capital and happiness, there is a significant and direct relation, the more increase in cultural capital, happiness will increase too. among the various dimensions of cultural capital, the embodied dimension and then the dimension of the institutional cultural capital have the strongest relation with happiness. also, for explanation between two variables, sem has been used, that influencecoefficient with value 0.57 shows a direct relation between these two variables.
