مدیریت فرایند برنامه‌سازی رادیویی در رادیوی جمهوری اسلامی ایران: مدلی برآمده از نظریه مبنایی

Radio program production process includes idea planning to broadcast steps. a radio program maker through the different steps of the process, faces obstacles that make it difficult to plan and cause it not to obtain it’s supposed goals. this study tries to identify problems through reviewing current programming process from idea to program in radio department and proposes a desirable model which includes program requirements and mechanisms. the research method in this study is grounded theory and the method of data collecting is deep interviews with radio experts in radio department. the sampling method is snowball. the results have been proposed as “program production process management mechanisms model”.
