بازنمایی فرهنگی اختلالات روانی و افراد مبتلا به این اختلالات در دو دهه‌ی اخیر سینمای ایران

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تصویر ارائه‌شده از اختلالات روانی و افراد مبتلا به این اختلالات در دو دهه‌ی اخیر سینمای ایران انجام شد. روش: در این راستا با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد زیادی فیلم سینمایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و نهایتاً 14 فیلم بر اساس ملاک‌های ورود به تحقیق انتخاب شدند. سپس فیلم‌ها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و رویکرد قیاسی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد چهره‌ی ترسیم‌شده از افراد مبتلا به اختلالات روانی در این فیلم‌ها، چهره‌ای مردانه و محدود به قشر جوان و از طبقه‌ی بالای جامعه است. همچنین این چهره، خطرناک، بی‌ثبات، ناتوان و بی‌مسئولیت است. از طرفی اختلالات روانی در این فیلم‌ها،‌ به‌ندرت درمان‌پذیر نشان داده شده‌اند. در مورد آگاهی و حمایت خانواده نسبت به اختلالات روانی،‌ در 71/35٪ از فیلم‌ها، خانواده‌ها نسبت به وجود اختلال روانی در فرد آگاهی داشتند و از او حمایت می‌کردند. اما در سایر فیلم‌ها ما شاهد یک جو منفی و خالی از حمایت و آگاهی نسبت به اختلال روانی و فرد مبتلا به آن اختلال بودیم که همین مساله در بسیاری از موارد، روند درمان یا بهبود فرد را دچار مشکل می‌‌کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: آثار منفی ترسیم چنین چهره‌ای بر فرهنگ عمومی و در نهایت سلامت روان آن مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.

background and purpose: the present study was conducted with the aim of examining the image presented of mental disorders and people suffering from these disorders in the last two decades of iranian cinema. method: in this regard, a large number of movies were examined using the purposive sampling method, and finally 14 movies were selected based on the inclusion criteria. then the films were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method deductive approach.findings: the results showed that the representation of people suffering from mental disorders in these films is male and limited to the young and upper class of the society. also, this face is dangerous, unstable, incapable and irresponsible. on the other hand, mental disorders are rarely shown to be treatable in these films. regarding the family's awareness and support for mental disorders, in 35.71% of the films, the families were aware of the existence of a mental disorder in the person and supported him. but in other films, we saw a negative atmosphere devoid of support and awareness of mental disorder and the person suffering from that disorder, which in many cases made the process of treatment or recovery difficult.conclusion: the negative effects of this representation on public culture and finally public mental health were discussed and investigated.
