سناریوهای آینده ارتباطات میان‌فردی در فراجهان

ارتباطات میان‌فردی عضوی جدانشدنی از زندگی انسان است که به دلیل پیشرفت تکنولوژی بهره‌مندی از آن فقط به شکل‌های سنتی محدود نیست. در این مقاله آینده ارتباطات میان‌فردی در متاورس (فراجهان) را مورد توجه قرار داده‌ایم. متاورس به عنوان یکی از مفاهیم نوظهور در حوزه ارتباطات میان‌فردی، توجه بسیاری را به خود جلب کرده است. در متاورس افراد دارای توانایی تعامل با سایر کاربران با استفاده از آواتارها، توانایی میزبانی و شرکت در رویدادها و غیره هستند. از این رو هدف این پژوهش، بررسی سناریوهای آینده ارتباطات میان‌فردی در متاورس است. با استفاده از روش‌های آینده‌پژوهی چهار سناریوی متفاوت برای آینده متاورس مشخص شد. سپس فاکتورهای مهم ارتباطات میان‌فردی مانند ارتباط کلامی، ارتباط غیرکلامی، اثربخشی، ادراک و عواطف در سناریوهای چهارگانه مورد توجه قرار گرفت. با بهره‌گیری از نظریه‌های حوزه ارتباطات میان‌فردی مانند نظریه کاستن عدم اطمینان، نظریه نفوذ اجتماعی، نظریه مدیریت محرمانگی و غیره، چهار آینده متفاوت برای ارتباطات میان‌فردی در متاورس تحلیل شده است.

future scenarios of interpersonal communication in metaverse

interpersonal communication is an inseparable part of human life, and with technological advancements, it is no longer limited to traditional methods. this paper focuses on the future of interpersonal communication within the metaverse. as an emerging concept in the field of interpersonal communication, the metaverse has garnered significant attention. in the metaverse, individuals can interact with other users using avatars, host and participate in events, among other activities. the aim of this research is to explore future scenarios of interpersonal communication in the metaverse. using futures studies methodologies, four distinct scenarios for the future of the metaverse were identified. key factors of interpersonal communication, such as verbal communication, non-verbal communication, effectiveness, perception, and emotions, were examined within these four scenarios. by leveraging theories from the field of interpersonal communication, such as uncertainty reduction theory, social penetration theory, communication privacy management theory, and others, four different futures for interpersonal communication in the metaverse were analyzed.
