مدل عمومی و شاخص سازی امنیت اجتماعی زنان در فضاهای شهری

امنیت اجتماعی زنان در فضاهای شهری مفهومی چندبعدی است و برای مدل و شاخص‌سازی به پژوهش‌های نظری و مفهومی و تجربی نیاز دارد. بنا به اهمیت و ضرورت سیاست‌گذاری برای امنیت اجتماعی زنان، این مقاله به‌دنبال ارائۀ مدلی عمومی و شاخص‌سازی آن است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای و کاربردی است و به لحاظ روش کیفی از نوع دلفی و اسنادی است. پژوهش‌های این حوزه با روش اسنادی مرور شده و مدل و شاخص اولیه طراحی گردیده و در سه شکل به بوتۀ آزمون گذاشته شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش استادان، پژوهشگران و کارشناسان حوزۀ امنیت اجتماعی‌اند. اعضای کارگروه هم با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. برای اعتباریابی مدل و شاخص از هشت نفر نخبۀ دانشگاهی (متخصص در حوزۀ امنیت اجتماعی) و چهار متخصص علوم انتظامی و امنیت (مدیران و معاونت‌های اجتماعی سازمان پلیس و معاونت اجتماعی دادگستری) استفاده ‌شده است. این مدل در ابعاد اجتماعی، فرهنگی، محیطی و اقتصادی کاربرد دارد و چندبعدی به شمار می‌آید. در این مدل عوامل و سازوکارهای علمی امنیت اجتماعی در فضاهای عمومی تصریح شده است. نتیجۀ نهایی ارائۀ مدلی عمومی و شاخص‌سازی معتبر است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که محققان و سیاست‌گذاران این حوزه می‌توانند از آن‌ برای تحقیق‌کردن دربارۀ امنیت اجتماعی زنان در فضاهای شهر و ارتقای آن استفاده کنند.

A General Model of Women’s Social Security in Public Spaces

Women’s social security in urban spaces as multidimensional concept requires theoretical and conceptual studies in modeling and indexing stage .This study, by emphasizing importance of issue and need for study and policymaking for women’s social security, to provide general model and indexing it. The study is developmental and applied in terms of purpose, and method, is Delphi and documentary. Studies in this field have been reviewed using documentary method and index have been designed and using Delphi method in three rounds and index have been reviewed and tested. Statistical population is professors, researchers in field of social security. Sampling was used to select panel members. In Delphi, in order to validate model and index, two groups of academic elites (experts in the field of social security) with eight people and law enforcement and security specialists (managers and social deputies of police organization and social deputy of justice) with four people have been used. After three rounds of model and index review by panel members, a multidimensional model has been obtained along with indexation of women’s social security in urban spaces. This model is a multidimensional model in social, cultural, environmental and economic dimensions in which causal factors and mechanisms of social security in public spaces are specified. Result of presenting a general model and credit indexing has been found so that researchers and policymakers in this field can use it to study and promote women’s social security in urban spaces.
