نظریه هنجاری و الگوی ارتباط غیرکلامی در نقطۀ آغاز ارتباطات درون‌فرهنگی اسلامی

نقطه آغازین در فرآیند ارتباطی دو ارتباط‌گر، یک موقعیت ویژه است که بر کل فرآیند اثرگذار است. این نقطه دارای مولفه‌هایی کلامی و نیز غیرکلامی است. پژوهه فرارو، در تلاش برای یافتن نظریه هنجاری اسلامی در آغاز غیرکلامی ارتباطات است و از روش توصیفیتحلیلی و الگوهای اجتهادی و استنباطی در فهم آیات و روایات بهره برده و این آموزه‌ها را با کمک نوعی الگوی قیاسیداده‌بنیاد در موازنه با یافته‌های ارتباط‌شناختی تحلیل کرده است. نتایج تحقیق در سه محور به این شرح است: استخراج نظریه هنجاری مشتمل بر اصول و کلیات و راهبردهای هنجاری، هنجارهای تفصیلی در نه کانال ارتباط غیرکلامی، مدل ارتباطی آغاز ارتباطات با رویکرد ارتباط غیرکلامی به عنوان صورتی ساده از نظریه. طبق این مقاله، هنجارهای غیرکلامی در نقطه آغاز ارتباط در فرهنگ اسلامی با تاکید بر یک دال معنایی مرکزی یعنی ایجاد صمیمیت و محبت اجتماعی بین مومنان شکل گرفته و در میان گونه‌های ارتباطی غیرکلامی نیز ارتباط لمسی دارای برجستگی خاصی است. در خوشه ارتباط لمسی نیز الگوهایی خاص ارائه شده که در هیچ فرهنگی یافت نشده است. تاکید بر جذابیت در ظاهر (پوشش و مو و نظافت و ...) نیز از دیگر مولفه‌های نقطه آغاز ارتباط غیرکلامی در فرهنگ اسلامی است که در رتبه بعد قرار دارد.
