تاثیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر تحقق دموکراسی دیجیتال (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان دانشگاه مازندران)

تکنولوژی های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی به ویژه شبکه های اجتماعی این توانایی را دارا هستند که با فراهم نمودن حوزه و فضای عمومی و شکل دهی به نوع جدیدی از حکومت گری تحت عنوان دولت الکترونیک یا حکومت گری الکترونیک زمینه هایی را برای تبادل اطلاعات و بحث و مشارکت گسترده تر شهروندان فراهم نمایند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر نقش شبکه های اجتماعی در تحقق دموکراسی دیجیتال می پردازد . هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی این امر است که تا چه اندازه شبکه های مجازی و دولت الکترونیک می توانند زمینه و شرایط تحقق دموکراسی دیجیتال را از طریق تشکیل حوزه عمومی فراهم سازند . جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان دانشگاه مازندران و ابزار به کار رفته پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد . یافته های پژوهش نشانگر میزان استفاده بالا از شبکه های مجازی و خدمات دولت الکترونیک است. با این وجود استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی و خدمات دولت الکترونیک به منظور فعالیت سیاسی در سطح متوسط و پایین قرار دارد به این معنی که تحقق دموکراسی دیجیتال به طور کامل صورت نگرفته اما،نتایج تبیینی با تایید فرضیه های اصلی تحقیق ناظربر وجود رابطه بین شبکه های اجتماعی ، دولت الکترونیک ودموکراسی دیجیتال داشته است.

Social Network, Egovernment and digital democracy

Communication and information technologies, especially social networks, have the ability to provide areas and public spaces and shape a new kind of governance, called egovernment or egovernment, to exchange information and discuss and participate. Broader citizens. The present research studies the impact of the role of social networks on the realization of digital democracy. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which virtual networks and egovernment can provide the context and conditions for the realization of digital democracy through the formation of a public sphere. The statistical population of this study is the students of Mazandaran University and instrumental researcher made questionnaire. The findings of the study indicate the high utilization of virtual networks and egovernment services. However, the use of social networks and egovernment services is for medium and low levels of political activity, meaning that the realization of digital democracy has not been fully implemented, but the explicit results confirming the main hypotheses of the research are the existence of the relationship between the network Social, egovernment, and digital democracy.
