ابعاد حریم خصوصی از منظر نهج البلاغه با تاکید به شرح های پیام امام امیرالمومنین(ع) و مصباح‌السالکین

حریم خصوصی به عنوان یکی از اساسی‌ترین جلوه‌های حقوق بشر همواره در جوامع و مکاتب گوناگون، از جایگاه ویژه و بسزایی برخوردار بوده است؛ لکن علی رغم نقش پررنگ آن در زندگی افراد و پیشینه ای که از آن برخوردار است، هنوز بر سر تعریف مشخصی از آن توافق نشده است. حضرت علی (ع) در سخنان گوهربار خود در کتاب نهج البلاغه، این حق را در قالب حمایت از حقوق دیگر به رسمیت شناخته و نقض آن توسط دیگری را بر نمی‌تابند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و به شیوه ی توصیفی- تحلیلی، مفاهیم مرتبط با حمایت حضرت علی (ع) از حریم خصوصی، از نهج البلاغه استخراج گردیده و در سه حوزه ی جداگانه مربوط به اموال، جسم و جان و روح و روان و با نیم نگاهی به شروح پیام امام امیرالمومنین آیت الله مکارم شیرازی و مصباح السالکین ابن میثم مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که میزان اهمیت بی بدیل ایشان نسبت به حفظ این حق، نمود عینی یافته است.

dimensions of privacy from nahj al-balāghah’s point of view with an emphasis on the explanations of the message of imam amir al-mu'minin (as) and the book miṣbāḥ al-sālikin

privacy, as one of the most basic manifestations of human rights, has always had a special and significant place in various societies and schools; however, despite its prominent role in people’s lives and the background it has, there is still no agreement on a specific definition of it. imam ali (as) recognized this right in the form of protecting other rights in his precious words in the book nahj al-balāghah and did not condone its violation by others. in this research, by using library documents and in a descriptive-analytical method, concepts related to imam ali’s (as) protection of privacy have been extracted from nahj al-balāghah. and it has been examined in three separate areas related to property, body and soul, soul and spirit, and with a half-look at the explanations of the message of imam amir al-mu’minin (as) by ayatollah makārem shirazi and the book miṣbāḥ al-sālikin by ibn maytham. the findings of the research show that their irreplaceable importance towards maintaining this right has been concretely manifested.
