دیدگاه تاریخمندی احادیث نبوی با تاکید بر مبانی، شواهد و پیامدها؛ بررسی و نقد

موضوع مقاله حاضر، بررسی و نقد دیدگاه تاریخمندی احادیث نبوی با توجه به مبانی و پیامدهای آن است. تاریخ‌مندی، نظریه‌ای مبتنی بر اعتقاد به نقش تاریخ و شرایط مکانی و زمانی احادیث نبوی در محتوای آن و در نتیجه محدود نمودن پاسخ‌گویی احادیث به نیازهای عصر صدور و انکار نقش فرازمانی و فرامکانی احادیث است. این مسئله از آن جهت دارای اهمیت است که احادیث نبوی آثار و برکات مختلفی در زندگی امروزی افراد دارند، اما دیدگاه تاریخ‌مندی، کارکرد احادیث را در هاله‌ای از ابهام قرار داده است. دیدگاه تاریخ‌مندی، گرچه در فلسفه غرب به لحاظ مسائل فهم برجسته شده و مورد تاکید قرار گرفت. اما در میان اندیشمندان اسلامی در شکل بومی خود تعبیر و تفسیر شد و براساس مبانی مختلفی از جمله برخی مبانی قرآنی و روایی مورد پذیرش عده‌ای واقع شد. این نظریه بر شواهد مختلفی از جمله شاهد زبانی، احکام منطقه‌ای و تاریخی و امضایی بودن بخشی از احکام شریعت استوار است. اما در نقد تاریخمندی همین بس که مبانی و شواهد دال بر آن خود نقدپذیر بوده و در نتیجه با گذشت زمان، غبار تاریخ موجب فرسودگی محتوایی و ناکارآمدی احادیث نبوی نخواهد شد بلکه این احادیث با فرض صحت و اعتبار سندی و متنی، کاربردهای مختلفی در شئون زندگی امروزی بشر دارد.

The Perspective of the Historicity of Prophetic Hadiths with an Emphasis on the Foundations, Evidence and Consequences; Review and Criticism

The subject of this article is to review and criticize the historicity of prophetic hadiths with regard to its foundations and consequences. Historicity is a theory based on the belief in the role of history and the spatial and temporal conditions of prophetic hadiths in its content, and as a result, limiting the response of hadiths to the needs of the era of issuance and denying the transtemporal and transspatial role of hadiths. This issue is important because the prophetic hadiths have various effects and blessings in people #39;s lives today. But the view of historicity obscures the function of hadiths. Although the view of historicity was highlighted and emphasized in Western philosophy in terms of issues of understanding, but among Islamic scholars, it was interpreted in its native form, and it was accepted by some people based on various foundations, including some Quranic and narrative foundations. This theory is based on various evidences, including linguistic evidence, regional and historical commandments, and the certainty of part of Sharīʿah commandments. But in the criticism of historicity, it is enough that the foundations and evidences for it are criticisable, and as a result, with the passage of time, history will not cause the content of prophetic hadiths to become worn out and ineffective, rather, these hadiths have various uses in the affairs of human life today, assuming the authenticity and validity of documents and texts.
