بازخوانی دیدگاه محسن کدیور درباره «حدود حجاب» با تاکید بر آیات حجاب

مساله »حدود حجاب « از جمله موضوعات مهمی است که طی چند سال اخیر پیرامون آن مباحث زیادی مطرح شده است که از جمله آن می توان به گسترۀ شمولیتِ نصوص در این باره اشاره کرد. آقای محسن کدیور از جمله نواندیشانی است که در سلسله درس‌ها و جلسات حجاب به این مساله پرداخته و در قالب یاداشتی با عنوان »تاملی در مساله حجاب « دیدگاه‌های خود را منتشر نموده است. ایشان بر این باور است که هر چند نصوص روایات، حدود پوشش را بیان می‌کند، اما نمی‌توان از ظهور آیات حجاب، حدود پوشش زنان را به دست آورد و این آیات تنها جنبه تاکیدی بر حفظ عفت و پوشش زنان دارد؛ در این جستار با روش تحلیلی انتقادی، دیدگاه ایشان مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. در پایان این نتیجه به دست آمده که آیات قرآن بر پوشش حداکثری زنان دلالت داشته و ادعای تاکیدی بودن آیات درباره حدود حجاب زنان نادرست می‌باشد.

A Review of Mohsen Kadivar's Views on the “Limits of Hijab” Relying on the Verses of Hijab

ldquo;Limits of hijab rdquo; is among the important issues that has been widely discussed in recent years, and the extent of hijab in the Islamic texts is one of the topics related to it. Mr. Mohsen Kadivar is one of the modernists who has addressed this issue in a series of lessons and sessions on hijab and has published his views in a piece of writing entitled ldquo;Reflection on the Issue of Hijab rdquo;. He believes that although the texts of narrations point out the limits of covering, it is not possible to obtain the limits of women rsquo;s covering from the appearance of the Quranic verses on hijab, and these verses only emphasize the preservation of chastity and women rsquo;s covering. In this article, his point of view has been studied and evaluated using the analyticalcritical method. Finally, it has been concluded that the verses of the Quran imply the maximum covering of women, and the claim that they emphasize the limits of womenchr('39')s hijab is incorrect.
