نکاح متعه، تاثیر و شرایط قرآنی، روائی آن در بهزیستی روانشناختی

خداوند، نکاح دائم را نسبت به نکاح متعه در اولویت قرار داده است. هرچند، مشروعیت نکاح متعه، راهکاری برای جلوگیری از برخی ناهنجارهای روانی و اجتماعی می‌باشد؛ که با هدف نقش مثبت و منفی آن در بهزیستی روانشناختی و با احصاء آن مولفه‌ها، از تحقیقات ریف و سلیگمن و براساس ویژگیهای بومی جامعه ایرانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت؛ و با استفاده از روش‌های توصیفی تحلیلی و بر پایه مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و با تکیه بر تفسیر آیه 24 سوره نساء و روایات معصومان (علیهم‌السلام) و اتصاف آن در احکام خمسه، نکاح متعه در مولفه‌های معنویت، رضایت، شادی، رشد شخصی، ارتباط مثبت با دیگران و پذیرش خود، نقش مثبتی در بهزیستی روانشناختی دارا است. ولی نکاح متعه‌ای که مشکلات روانی و تهدید نظام خانواده را بدنبال دارد؛ نقش منفی آن در بهزیستی روانشناختی مطرح می‌باشد.

Temporary Marriage: Its Effect and Qurqanic Conditions,its Validity in Psychological Well-Being

God has made permanent marriage a priority over temporary marriage. However, the legitimacy of temporary marriage is due to its role in preventing some psychological and social disorders. This issue was investigated with the aim of evaluating its positive and negative roles in psychological wellbeing by finding out its components from Riff and Seligmanchr('39')s research and considering the indigenous characteristics of Iranian society. Using the descriptiveanalytical method and library studies, relying on the interpretation of verse 24 of Surah alNisachr('39') and the narrations from the Infallibles (a.s.) and tracing temporary marriage in the Five Rulings, it was revealed that temporary marriage plays a positive role in psychological wellbeing by promoting spirituality, satisfaction, happiness, personal growth, positive relationship with others and selfacceptance. However, temporary marriage plays a negative role in psychological wellbeing by creating psychological problems and threats to the family system.
