جستاری در نظریه فقرزدایی قرآن و روایات بر مبنای پژوهش زمینه‌ای

فقر به عنوان یکی از قدیمی‌ترین مسایل اجتماعی، توجه مردم، اندیشمندان و مکاتب بشری و دینی را به خود جلب کرده است. مکتب الهی اسلام نیز توجه ویژه ای به این پدیده اجتماعی نشان داده است. این پژوهش جستاری است در نظریه فقرزدایی قران و روایات که به شیوه پژوهش زمینهای به انجام رسیده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد از دیدگاه قران و روایات فقر یک پدیده نامطلوب اجتماعی است که با دلایل فردی و اجتماعی نیازمند مبارزه و تلاشی همه‌جانبه تلقی شده است. در نظریه فقرزدایی قران و روایات به دو دسته علت‌های فردی و اجتماعی در ایجاد فقر اشاره شده است. نظریه اسلام همچنین به شرایط زمینه ای و عوامل مداخله گری می‌پردازد که که با دخالت در توزیع عادلانه ثروت در جامعه و کاهش انگیزه‌های تلاش برای کسب روزی به تشدید فقر در جامعه منتهی می‌شود. لذا اسلام برای کنترل فقر و فقرزدایی در جامعه راهبردهایی فردی و اجتماعی ارائه نموده است. نظریه فقرزدایی اسلام به پیامدهای فقر در جامعه نیز شامل پیامدهای اجتماعی، اخلاقی، روانی و دینی می‌پردازد. این نظریه در مقایسه با پنج نظریه اصلی فقر یعنی نظریه آسیب شناسی اجتماعی، نظریه فرهنگ فقر، نظریه شکست سیاستها، نظریه محدودیتهای ساختاری و نظریه کارکردگرایی برتری‌های نظری و قابلیت عملیاتی دارد.

An Investigation into the Theory of Poverty Alleviation of the Quran and Narrations Based on Grounded Research

Poverty, as one of the oldest social issues, has attracted the attention of people, thinkers and human and religious schools of thought. Islam, as a divine religion, has also paid special attention to this social phenomenon. This research work is an investigation into the theory of poverty alleviation of the Quran and narrations, which has been conducted using grounded research. The results of the study reveal that, from the perspective of the Quran and narrations, poverty is an undesirable social phenomenon that is considered to require a comprehensive struggle and battle for individual and social reasons. In the theory of poverty alleviation of the Quran and narrations, poverty is said to be caused by two groups of individual and social factors. The Islamic theory also addresses the underlying conditions and intervening factors that lead to the aggravation of poverty in society through interfering with the equitable distribution of wealth in society and reducing the incentives to strive to earn a living. Therefore, Islam has offered individual and social strategies to control poverty and alleviate poverty in society. The theory of Islamic poverty alleviation also deals with the consequences of poverty in society, including social, moral, psychological and religious consequences. This theory has theoretical advantages and operational capability compared to the five main theories of poverty, namely the theory of social pathology, the theory of poverty culture, the theory of policy failure, the theory of structural constraints and the theory of functionalism.
