ارزیابی کاربردپذیری رابط کاربری سیستم‌های نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی سازمان های تامین اجتماعی و بیمه سلامت ایران

مقدمه: سیستم نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی یکی از فناوری‌های اساسی در ساختار نظام سلامت است که با هدف مدیریت مناسب منابع و خدمات مراقبت سلامت، پیشگیری از خطاهای رایج نسخه‏نویسی دستی و افزایش ایمنی بیمار توسعه‌یافته است. با توجه به اینکه رابط کاربری سیستم نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی به‌عنوان عامل اصلی پذیرش کاربران محسوب می‌شود، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی کاربردپذیری رابط کاربری سیستم‌های نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی سازمان تامین اجتماعی و بیمه سلامت در ایران بود. روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی با روش توصیفی مقطعی بود که در سال 1401 انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 150 نفر از پزشکان شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با تخصیص متناسب انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن به دست آمد. داده‌ها با آمار توصیفی و آزمون تی‌مستقل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل شد. یافته ها: رابط کاربری سیستم نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی سازمان تامین اجتماعی و بیمه سلامت در محورهای عمومی (اصطلاحات، حروف، آیکون و مسیریابی) و اختصاصی (نمایش هشدار، شخصی‌سازی، ورود و نمایش اطلاعات، راهنما و تعاملات) اختلاف آماری معناداری با هم نداشتند. با این‌حال، در محورهای «رنگ» (0.047=p) و «قابلیت دید» (0.049=p) اختلاف آماری معنی‏دار وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: رابط کاربری دو سیستم نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیکی در ایران از نظر کاربردپذیری وضعیت متوسطی دارند. بنابراین جهت ارتقای آن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد، توسعه‌دهندگان سیستم‌ها در طراحی رابط کاربری مطابق اصول تعامل انسان کامپیوتر از عناصر زیبایی‌شناختی، تعامل به زبان کاربر، ارائه اطلاعات مفید در قالبی ساده و واضح استفاده کنند.

usability evaluation of the user interface in electronic prescribing systems of iran health insurance organization and social security organization

introduction: the e prescribing system is one of the basic technologies in the health system structure which was developed with the aim of properly managing healthcare resources and services, preventing common manual prescribing errors, and increasing patient safety. given that the user interface of e prescribing system is considered as the main factor of user acceptance, the purpose of the present study was to evaluate the user interface usability of the e prescribing systems of  iran health insurance organization (ihio) and social security organization (sso) in iran. methods: this descriptive cross sectional  study  was conducted in 2022. the research sample consisted of 150 physicians working in educational therapeutic centers of urmia university of medical sciences who were selected through stratified sampling with proportional allocation. the data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire the validity and reliability o f which were verified. the data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and independent t test using spss software.results: no statistically significant difference was found between the user interface sso and ihio in general (terms, letters, icons and navigation) and specific (alert display, personalization, entering and displaying information, guidance and interactions) areas. however, there was a statistically significant difference in color (p=0.047) and visibility (p=0.049).conclusion: the user interface of two e prescribing systems in iran has an average status in terms of usability. therefore, it seems necessary for system developers to use aesthetic elements, interaction in the user’s language, presentation of useful information in a simple and clear format in the design of the user interface according to the principles of human computer interaction.
