تبیین الگوی مفهومی مرزهای مسیر شغلی در حرفه پزشکی با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد

مقدمه: مرزهای مسیر شغلی در همه ابعاد حرفه پزشکی اثرگذار است و چون عوامل زیادی می‌توانند انتخاب مسیر شغلی پزشکان را شکل دهند، مفهوم مسیر شغلی، همواره موردتوجه مباحث پزشکی بوده و حتی به عنوان رویکردی در آموزش پزشکی استفاده می‌شود. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر باهدف تبیین الگوی مفهومی مرزهای مسیر شغلی پزشکان انجام شد.روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی بود که دارای رویکردی کیفی و از استراتژی نظریه داده بنیاد نظام‌مند بهره برده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل پزشکان بود که از طریق نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی گلوله برفی انتخاب‌شده‌اند. درنهایت 19 نفر در مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته شرکت کردند. تحلیل داده‌ها در این الگو، شامل سه‌گام کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بود که با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda انجام شد.یافته ها: الگوی مفهومی مرزهای مسیر شغلی در حرفه پزشکی شامل مقوله‌های شرایط علّی (تفاوت‌های فردی و نهادهای اجتماعی)، پدیده محوری (مرزهای کار خانواده، مرزهای جغرافیایی، اجتماعی، سازمانی، اخلاقی و قانونی)، راهبردها (درک مرزها، بازنگری در مرزها و عبور مرزی)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (بسترهای تربیتی و بسترهای فرهنگی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (عوامل کلان و عوامل خرد) و پیامدها (آینده مسیر شغلی، برنامه‌ریزی مجدد مسیر شغلی و تعادل کار - خانواده) بود.نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به الگوی مفهومی مرزهای مسیر شغلی می‌تواند در برنامه‌ریزی، تصمیم‌گیری، مدیریت و توسعه مسیر شغلی پزشکان تاثیر قابل‌توجهی داشته باشد. به علاوه، پزشکان شاغل، افراد جویای کار و دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاهی می توانند نسبت به مرزهای مسیر شغلی خودآگاهی ‌یابند و با علل پیدایش و قوام مرزها و پیامدهای مرزهای مسیر شغلی خود نیز آشنا شوند تا با شناخت کافی در انتخاب مسیر شغلی گام بردارند.

Explaining the conceptual framework of career boundaries in medicine using Grounded Theory

Introduction: Career boundaries are effective in all aspects of the medical profession. Since many factors can shape a junior doctor rsquo;s choice of career, the concept of career has always been the focus of medical discussions and has even been able to be used as a perspective in medical education. The aim of the present study was to provide a conceptual framework of career boundaries in the medical profession.Methods: The present study is fundamental in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of approach. The statistical population of this study included physicians who were selected by nonrandom snowball sampling. The criterion for entering the sampling was their having more than five years of work experience, and the criterion for completing the sampling was the researchers rsquo; reaching theoretical saturation: a total of 19 people participated in the study. In order to collect the data, a semistructured interview was held, and for the analysis of the collected data, the systematic grounded theory was used.Results: The research findings indicated that the conceptual framework of career boundaries in the medical profession includes individual differences and social institutions as causal conditions, workfamily boundaries, geographical boundaries, social boundaries, organizational boundaries, moral boundaries, and legal boundaries as the central phenomenon. Findings also included understanding boundaries, reviewing boundaries and crossing boundaries under strategies, educational and cultural contexts under the context conditions, macrofactors and microfactors under the intervening conditions and future of the career, and replanning the career and workfamily balance as the consequences. Conclusion: Paying attention to the conceptual framework of boundaries can be a great help in planning, deciding, managing, and developing a career for physicians and other occupations. In addition, employed physicians, especially physicians who are at the beginning of their careers, job seekers, and university graduates can be aware of the boundaries of their careers. In addition, they become aware of the consequences of their career boundaries to make choices more openly and increase their chances of career success.
