رابطه بین توانمندی پزشکان و دیدگاه ایشان نسبت به تغییر با میزان تمایل به پذیرش فنآوری پزشکی از راه دور

مقدمه: امروزه با توجه به گستردگی و پراکندگی جمعیت در سطح کشور، بکارگیری فن‌آوری پزشکی از راه دور توسط پزشکان ضروری است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین توانمندی پزشکان با میزان تمایل به پذیرش این فن‌آوری است.روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش های تحلیلی - پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری آن را پزشکان شاغل در مرکز آموزشی پژوهشی درمانی امیرالمومنین (ع) سمنان تشکیل داده اند. تعداد 40 پرسش نامه قابل استفاده جمع آوری گردید. برای انجام تحلیل های آماری و آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش (با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری) از دو نرم افزار spss 19 و smartpls 2 بتا استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد توانمندی های مدیریتی (ضریب تاثیر 0.141) و فنی (ضریب تاثیر 0.135) پزشکان اثر مستقیم و معنی‌داری بر تمایل به پذیرش فن‌آوری پزشکی از راه دور دارد. همچنین، توانمندی های مدیریتی (ضریب تاثیر 0.335) و مالی (ضریب تاثیر 0.211) از طریق تقویت دیدگاه مثبت پزشکان نسبت به تغییر (ضریب تاثیر 0.301) بر میزان تمایل به پذیرش فن‌آوری پزشکی از راه دور اثر غیر مستقیم و معناداری داشته است.نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می شود متولیان حوزه سلامت و مدیران مراکز آموزشیدرمانی قبل از اجرای پروژه های خدمات پزشکی از راه دور و پیش از سرمایه گذاری در سخت افزار مربوطه، به تقویت توانمندی پزشکان در زمینه توانایی های مدیریتی، کار با فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و مهارت های مالی و سرمایه گذاری بپردازند. به این ترتیب، پزشکان دیدگاه مثبتی نسبت به تغییر پیدا کرده و پذیرش کار با این فن‌آوری از سوی آنها تسهیل می شود.

The relationship between physicians' capabilities and their attitude to change and their willingness to accept telemedicine technology

Introduction: The extent and distribution of population across the country has made telemedicine technology an effective and comprehensive way to provide health services by physicians. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the capabilities of physicians and their willingness to accept telemedicine technology.Methods: The population of this analyticalsurvey study, consists of physicians in Amiralmomenin Therapeutic Research Training Center, Semnan. A questionnaire was used to collect data which were then analyzed using SPSS 19 and SMARTPLS 2 (beta) to test the research hypotheses .Results: There was a statistically significant positive and direct relationship between the managerial [path coefficient: 0.141] and technical [path coefficient: 0.135] capabilities of physicians and their willingness to accept telemedical technology. In addition, managerial [path coefficient: 0.335] and financial [path coefficient: 0.211] capabilities have an indirect and significant effect on the degree of willingness to accept telemedicine technology through strengthening the physicians rsquo; viewpoint about the change. [path coefficient: 0.301.]Conclusion: It is recommended that health care administrators and managers of medical education centers, prior to the implementation of telemedicine medical services and investment in related hardware, increase the capabilities of physicians through strengthening their abilities in management, working with information and communications technology, finance and investment. This will improve the attitude of physicians towards change, and facilitates the acceptance of technology.
