ارائه مدل تثبیت ساختار دانشگاه نسل سوم در حوزه علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: لزوم اعمال تغییرات در دانشگاه‌ها از نسل دوم به نسل سوم، نیاز به انجام پژوهش‌های علمی و کاربردی در این زمینه را مشخص می‌سازد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی جهت تثبیت ساختار دانشگاه نسل سوم در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی صورت گرفت.روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی بوده که در آن از روش نظریه زمینه‌ای استفاده شد. ابتدا، تعداد 18 نفر از معاونین و کارشناسان ارشد دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در استان‌های تهران و فارس به عنوان نمونه آماری و با روش اشباع نظری از بین 288 نفر انتخاب و سوال‌های مورد نظر پژوهش از آنها در قالب مصاحبه باز و در بازه زمانی دی و بهمن ماه 1397 پرسیده شد. با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda12 و طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل و مدل نهایی به دست آمد. یافته ها: مدل نهایی دارای شش مقوله اصلی نیازمندی‌های درونی و بیرونی، ساختار دانشگاه، تثبیت ساختار، موانع تثبیت ساختار، عوامل درون سازمان و کارآفرینی می‌باشد. بر اساس این متغیرهای مهم در زمینه تثبیت ساختار که در حقیقت نقطه اهمیت و نوآوری در پژوهش حاضر می‌باشد و در پژوهش‌های گذشته به صورت تخصصی مورد توجه نبوده است تعیین گردید. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس مدل نهایی به دست آمده نیازهای درونی و بیرونی دانشگاه بر ساختار دانشگاه نسل سوم تاثیر می‌گذارد و این موجب استفاده از استراتژی‌هایی در راستای تثبیت ساختار می‌گردد. استراتژی‌های تثبیت ساختار نیز تحت تاثیر عوامل درون سازمانی و موانع تثبیت ساختار قرار گرفته و در نهایت موجب کارآفرینی و مزایای حاصل از کارآفرینی می‌گردد.

Providing a Model for organizational structure of Third Generation in the field of Medical Sciences

Introduction: The necessity of changes in universities moving from the second to the third generation, requires scientific and applied studies in this field. The present study aimed to provide a model for the organizational structure of third generation of Medical Universities.Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in Medical Universities in Tehran and Fars provinces. The population consisted of 288 assistants and senior experts 18 of whom were selected as statistical sample by using the theoretical saturation method. An openended interview was used to collect data which were then analyzed using MAXQDA12 software and three phases of open, axial and selective coding to develop a grounded theory and a model.Reisuls: The final model represented 6 main categories of internal and external requirements, university structure, consolidation of organizational structure and the existing barriers, internal factors, and entrepreneurship all of which can be considered as the innovation of this study.Conclusion: The internal and external needs of universities affect the structures of the third generation universities; therefore, some strategies are needed to consolidate the organizational structures. These strategies are also affected by internal factors and barriers, and would ultimately lead to entrepreneurship and its advantages.
