Some considerations on the law with the number 6292

The problem of recycling of the land which is taken out of the forest interests public during 10 years. in order to solve this problem the law with the number 6292 was accepted and issued in the gazette with the number 28275 in april 26th, 2012. in this paper after the historical development of process of taking out of the forest is briefly referred , the regulations concerning the law about supporting the development of forest villagers and recycling of lands which are taken out of the forest on behalf of treasury and selling the agricultural lands which are belongs to the treasury are examined. otherwise the compatibility of the law with the constitution and whether it solves the problem are also examined.
