چکیده    Basal cell carcinoma(bcc) is the most common skin tumor however it is very rare in childhood and usually associated with genetic syndromes. bcc can be sporadic very rarely in this age group but mostly there is a predisposing factor such as nevus sebaceous. in this case, 13 year-old girl developed a pigmented nodular lesion in the nevus sebaceous and referred to our clinic for excisional biopsy. the tumor was excised and pigmented basal cell carcinoma was diagnosed according to the pathology report. bcc in the childs may be overlooked due to the low prevalence so predisposing factors such as nevus sebaceous should be kept in mind and morphological changes seen in the lesion should be confirmed by biopsy
کلیدواژه Basal cell carsinoma; non-melanoma skin cancer; nevus sebaceous
