بررسی نگرش پزشکان به فناوری پزشکی از راه دور در بیمارستان های آموزشی درمانی شهرستان تفت

مقدمه: پزشکی از راه دور ارائه مراقبت سلامت از راه دور توسط متخصصان با استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برای مدیریت هر چه بهتر بیماری ها و تحقیقات است. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین میزان دانش و نگرش پزشکان نسبت به فناوری پزشکی از راه دور می باشد.روش بررسی : این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بوده و در سال 1403 انجام شد. جامعه آماری مطالعه، پزشکان شاغل در دو بیمارستان شهرستان تفت بود. از آنجا که تعداد پزشکان هر دو بیمارستان 62 نفر بود، نمونه گیری انجام نگردید. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه استاندارد از پیش طراحی شده مشتمل بر 6 بعد و 48 گویه بود. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت (آلفای کرونباخ = 87%). پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه ها، تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام شد.یافته ها: میزان پاسخ در مطالعه حاضر 81 درصد بود. نتایج نشان داد که هر چند دانش بیشتر پزشکان در مورد این فناوری کم بود (56%) و نگرش مثبت چندانی نداشتند اما اکثرا درک خوبی نسبت به مسائل مرتبط به امنیت (90 %) و سهولت استفاده از فناوری پزشکی از راه دور (72 %) داشتند. همچنین آنها مزایا و معایب پزشکی از راه دور را در سطح متوسط درک کردند. نتیجه گیری: یافته‌ های این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که دانش و نگرش پزشکان، نسبت به فناوری پزشکی از راه دور ضعیف است. بر این اساس، استفاده از مداخلات آموزشی در راستای ایجاد آگاهی در میان پزشکان ضروری می باشد.

examining the attitude of physicians towards telemedicine technology in educational and therapeutic hospitals of taft city

introduction: telemedicine is the provision of remote health care by specialists using information and communication technology for better disease management and research. this study aimed to determine the level of physicians’ knowledge and attitudes towards telemedicine technology.methods: this was a descriptive-cross-sectional study conducted in 2024. the statistical population of the study was physicians working in two hospitals in taft city. since the number of physicians in both hospitals was 62, sampling was not performed. the data collection tool was a pre-designed standard questionnaire consisting of 6 dimensions and 48 items. the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated by experts (cronbach’s alpha = 87%). after completing the questionnaires, descriptive data analysis was performed using spss software.results: the response rate in this study was 81%. the results showed that although most physicians had low knowledge about this technology (56%) and did not have a positive attitude, most of them had a good understanding of issues related to security (90%) and the ease of using telemedicine technology (72%). also, they understood the advantages and disadvantages of telemedicine at an average level. conclusion: the findings of this study indicate that physicians’ knowledge and attitudes towards telemedicine technology are poor. accordingly, the use of educational interventions to create awareness among physicians is essential.
