طراحی و ارزیابی اپلیکیشن جستجوی آفلاین مقالات و مجلات در علوم پزشکی: پایلوت در منطقه 7

مقدمه: با توجه به افزایش استفاده از متون علمی و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی، نیاز دانشجویان و اساتید به جستجوی مقالات و مجلات ضروری می‌باشد. با توجه به گسترش استفاده از تلفن همراه و مزیت آن، این مطالعه با هدف طراحی و ارزیابی اپلیکیشن موبایل جهت جستجوی جامع و آفلاین در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی حوزه علوم پزشکی انجام شد .روش‌ بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی - توسعه‌ای و به‌صورت پایلوت در منطقه آمایشی 7 (شامل مقالات علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی اصفهان، کاشان، شهرکرد و یزد) و در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس، وب‌آوساینس و پابمد انجام شد. به‌منظور تعیین موارد موردنیاز برنامه کاربردی، چک لیستی با استفاده از متون مربوطه تهیه و از 11 متخصص کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی، 4 متخصص مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت و 8 متصدی کتابخانه نظرسنجی شد. پس از طراحی برنامه کاربردی با قابلیت جستجوی آفلاین، ارزیابی کاربردپذیری با استفاده از پرسشنامه کوئیز استاندارد توسط 235 عضو هیئت علمی، 380 دانشجو و 32 کتابدار انجام شد.یافته‌ها: بانک اطلاعاتی برنامه کاربردی شامل 10 فیلد برای مقالات و 15 فیلد برای مجلات بود. نتایج نشان داد که ارزیابی کاربردپذیری برحسب پرسش‌نامه کوئیز برای اعضای هیئت علمی، دانشجویان و کتابداران به ترتیب 8.22، 7.88 و 8.08 و در سطح خوب بود.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نظر کاربران انتظار می‌رود طراحی برنامه کاربردی باعث تسهیل و بهبود جستجو در پیشینه‌های پژوهش شود و با انجام یک جستجو، بتوان به نتایج جامع دست یافت.

design and evaluation of an offline search application for articles and journals in medical sciences: pilot in region7

introduction: due to the increase in the use of scientific texts and databases, the need of students and professors to search for articles and journals is essential. considering the expansion of the use of mobile phones and its advantages, this study was conducted with the aim of designing and evaluating a mobile application for comprehensive and offline search in databases of medical sciences.methods: the current research was applied-developmental and piloted in preparatory region 7 (including scientific articles of isfahan, kashan, shahrekord and yazd universities of medical sciences) and in scopus, web of science and pubmed databases. in order to determine the requirements of the application, a checklist was prepared using the relevant texts and 11 medical librarians and informatics specialists, 4 health information management specialists and 8 library staff were surveyed. after designing the application with offline search capability, usability evaluation was done using standard quis questionnaire by 235 faculty members, 380 students and 32 librarians.results: the application database included 10 fields for articles and 15 fields for journals. the results showed that the evaluation of usability according to the quis questionnaire for faculty members, students and librarians was 8.22, 7.88 and 8.08 respectively and at a good level.conclusion: according to the opinion of the users, it is expected that the design of the application program will facilitate and improve the search in research backgrounds and by conducting a search, comprehensive results can be obtained.
