بررسی بکارگیری بلاک‌چین در زنجیره‌تامین پایدار حوزه سلامت

مقدمه: بلاک‌چین به‌عنوان یک پایگاه داده توزیع‌شده، ایمن، شفاف و قابل اعتماد که توسط یک جامعه به اشتراک گذاشته ‌می‌شود، می‌تواند بر شبکه‌های زنجیره‌تامین پایدار نیز تاثیر بگذارد. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین رابطه علی عوامل مرتبط با بکارگیری بلاک‌چین در زنجیره‌تامین پایدار حوزه سلامت انجام شده است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی است و با مشارکت 5 نفر از خبرگان بیمارستان علی‌ابن‌ابیطالب رفسنجان انجام شد. خبرگان به‌صورت گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها، از مصاحبه ساختاریافته و روش نقشه شناختی فازی استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: بر اساس ادبیات تحقیق و نظرخواهی از خبرگان، پانزده متغیر از متغیرهای مرتبط با کاربرد بلاک‌چین در زنجیره‌تامین پایدار سلامت شناسایی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که متغیر رمزگذاری داده‌ها با ضریب 03/2 بیشترین تاثیرگذاری و متغیر مقیاس‌پذیری با ضریب 20/2 بیشترین اثرپذیری را داشتند. از بین 15 عامل، متغیر استاندارد سازی و توسعه بسترهای نرم افزاری با ضریب 97/2 بیشترین درجه مرکزیت دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: با شناسایی عوامل اثر‌گذار و اثرپذیر در بکارگیری بلاک‌چین، مسئولین بیمارستان علی‌ابن‌ابیطالب (ع) می‌توانند با پیاده‌سازی فناوری بلاک‌چین، از رمزگذاری داده‌ها که محیطی امن مهیا می‌کند، استفاده کنند و هم‌چنین یک سیستم هوشمندی برای راحتی بیماران در برقراری ارتباط با بیمارستان ایجاد نماید. امل اثر‌گذار و اثرپذیر در بکارگیری بلاک‌چین، مسولین بیمارستان علی‌‌ابن‌ابی‌طالب قادر خواهند بود با سرمایه‌گذاری بر این متغیرها زمینه کاربرد رویکرد بلا‌چین را مهیا نمایند.

analysis of using blockchain in the sustainable supply chain of the health sector

abstractintroduction: blockchain as a distributed, secure, transparent and reliable database shared by a community can also affect sustainable supply chain networks. this research was conducted with the aim of determining the causal relationship of the factors related to the use of blockchain in the sustainable supply chain of the health sector.research method: the current research is descriptive and was conducted with the participation of 5 experts from ali ibn abi talib hospital in rafsanjan. the experts were selected as a snowball. in order to collect and analyze data, structured interview and fuzzy cognitive mapping method were used.findings: based on the research literature and expert opinions, fifteen variables related to the use of blockchain in the sustainable health supply chain were identified. the results showed that the data encryption variable was the most effective with a factor of 2.03 and the scalability variable was the most effective with a factor of 2.20. among the 15 factors, the variable of standardization and development of software platforms has the highest degree of centrality with a coefficient of 2.97.conclusion: by identifying the effective and efficient factors in the use of blockchain, the officials of ali ibn abitaleb (as) hospital can use the data encryption that provides a secure environment by implementing blockchain technology, and also an intelligent system for convenience. to make patients communicate with the hospital.key words: sustainable supply chain, blockchain, service supply chain, health fieldconclusion: by identifying the effective and efficient factors in the use of blockchain, the officials of aliebn abitaleb hospital will be able to prepare the ground for the application of the blockchain approach by investing in these variables.
